I stood there. Where all I could see was the night and the fog that just floated over my head. Nothing much was visible. I could however see him standing, leaning against the tree beyond the bleachers and across the road. His eyes studying me as though he was reading the tweets by them. I watched him as his blues eyes fixed on my brown ones. I sighed, breathing out all sorts emotions. I saw her shadow with disparity as she snaked her arms around his waist. Kissing his jaw she said, "What is it, honey?" He kept his mouth shut and ruffled her hair. He sighed. I still stared at the couple, a small tear escaping my eyes. Another shadow appears from the dark - a toddler's. The boy waddled close to his father's legs. My eyes heavy with emotions, were ready to give in. The boy looked at me with the same eyes of that of his father's. He tugged his dad's trousers and said, "Who is that daddy?" The boys looked at his son with a smile as soft as a feather. "It someone little Tommo. I don't know. But, I sure as hell know that she's was there before your life, during and after." The father said looking back at me. I smiled, sadly. I gulped my own sorrow with difficulty, "I am just a fan, little Tommo. But, I promise you that I am here for you today, tomorrow and everyday."
