I'm so done trying they don't get me,I thought as I stood in the pouring rain shivering. She kicked me out I was her daughter she abandoned me she told me to never speak to her again she said I just unleashed hell on my family ,I started walking even tho my body wouldn't let me I dragged myself down the street.Watching families hold hands as they walked to their homes how are the all so happy? I ask myself waiting for an answer...I felt a strong hand on my shoulder I stutter as I turn around "Smith!" I ran and hugged him he's my best friend has been here my whole life. We meant when I was 6 and he was 8 me now being 16 he's 18.He asked me why I was out here so I told him the story,he looked terrible himself his eyes were blue but not full of life like I'm use to and his hair was wet like he's been out here for hours his clothes were drenched..."What happened to you?" My house burned down he said with a smirk "SMITH!" I begin to giggle.He lives alone.... "So you wanna come chill and grab a coffee" he says kindly, "I'd love to smith as long as you don't check out every girl on our way down" I say sarcastically, he looks me up and down and says with a wink "I don't need to I have you" When we enter the coffee shop we order our coffees and sit down and have the usually conversation when a fire truck rushed past, we both curiously get up and go check it out we followed it to my road 22 swiftlee road..I looked up and there's my home all I've ever known in flames...
