Bella is a mermaid, her mermaid side knows it's name is Lorelei but Bella loves the name she was given by a land boy years ago. Bella and her whole species feed off of the love humans have for them, they usually instantly fall for a beautiful girl or in this case mermaids easily. The mermaids can change their fin into legs but it's against their rules. One day Bella and her friends are by the beach. She sees Cole and leads him to the shore to talk to him. He's falling for her and she knows it but he's also beautiful and Bella begins fall for him too.
