Wondering Rose

Chapter 1

I hear a soft hum of the blue jays "The Heavenly Morning" wake up song whistling all around by hopping from branch to branch. my ears pick up the unheard steps of the passing baby antelope, and deer jumping across the crashing sound of the river. The bird chirping the words singing the melody of the song my mother sang to me every night.

'Oh one day, One day on an enchanted morning... oh from the bulgarian spring woods this prince came in the woods wandering around looking for a rumour of a story of lady who was known for witchery. The charges of the young lady was fined with witchery for she had an unimaginable power that no one else had she could talk , and understand animals. She was treated like an outcast abandon in the forest.till one day once upon a dream...'Yes once upon a dream...'

"No matter what , how much she didn't believe that the prince was enchanted by the this story that he was determined to go after the one he heard about in the story.' How in the story she was cursed to be pushed away from the her home from her own family. For everyone who would love a woman who could talk to animals, and admire nature above everything else than the vanity of the respecting the tyrant king of the Land of stone Stoneridge. The idea was that anyone who disobeyed the king would be be killed merely. She ran away to save her family from the cruel punishment. Knowing that she would never see them again she said goodbye and fled at night......."

My mind snaps out of the story as I hear a soft hum of the bluejay whistling by in my ear unheard of the passing baby antelope, and deer jumping across the crashing sound of the river. The bird chirping the words singing.

The gray rocks clink every wich way as the it moves. I sit waiting on a old log decaying with green mildew eating away the brown broken bark of the dead log. I look up to the sky to see light blue sky spotted with clouds that look marshmallow-kitties and fluffy bunnies dancing in the endless sky.

I close my eyes and get up off the log. I see something fly across the sky, and start running down the huge hill full of white and golden clouds of dandelions. Flying down and around as I run after a spotted purple black silver butterfly over my head. I open my eyes to see A raven Flying right above my shoulder as i run to a stop. Seeing the raven descend down slowly as it slightly glides a couple of inches as it's wings slightly touches slow going river that has turned into a slow stream. The sunlight reflects on the clear water as the tiny vapor was creating a rainbow.

I feel the heat tickle on my tan skin. lightly heating up my skin. Im standing on the clear evergreen grass in front of the sparkling blue stream as a baby fawn frolics on to soft smooth silvery blue rocks that lay in the stream. The Silvery, and Coppery carp swim up out of the fresh water stream and leap out splashing the edge of my leather black boots the boots that i got from my mother.

" Hi Rosalind." Said Tin the silver carp.

"Hi" Rosalind said waving at Tin and Comet the copper carp flipped out of the water. Tin was the silver fish who was only six inches tall. Tin was only a small fish Tin has a slight blueish purple lighting bolt running through his left fin. Tin was very adventurous and had always wanted to grow up to be a very big fish. While comet Tin best friend was Tin. He was only a couple of inches longer than him but Comet was very shy and tried to be brave around Tin. Comet was a copper colored fish but he swam very fast like a Comet in the night sky.

Even Though they were different Tin and Copper were best friends even though They are different but supposedly hit it off when they were swimming away from the humans in the nearby town they swam up the stream that would of taken half a day by walking. After that they somehow just became friends.

I watch my friends flip out of the slow moving stream and jump back in when Tin spoke up saying. " i heard from the birds that They saw a someone wandering in the woods."
