We were having such a perfect life.
4 and a half years strong.
Until she came along and everything went down in flames.

"Babe!" I said and ran to my mate, Forest.
"Wha- You scared the CRAP out of me, Dana!" He said and kissed me on the forehead.
My stomach growled.
I then frowned.
"Ice cream?" He suggested.
"Yea!" I yelled happily and ran out the door.
I got in his Audi and happily waited for him while touching up my hair.
After what seemed like forever, he finally locked the house and got in.
"What took you so long?" I asked. He handed me my backpack which I always brung.
"Oh. Thanks!" I said.
He revved up the engine and drove. One hand on the wheel one on my thigh.

I grabbed my bag and got out the car.
He locked the car and we headed in.
He opened the door for me and I observed my surroundings.
Wow.
He came in and we studied the menu.
"Uh. Just a vanilla and-"
"A Green Tea ice cream!" I interrupted him smiling.
"12.17." He paid.
I sat down and got on my phone to check Musical.Ly and watched Loren Gray. She's so pretty.
He then came back with the ice cream.
He then stopped dead in his tracks and dropped the yumminess.
"What the hel-" I then followed his gaze to see a girl about 19 or 20, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She had on a sweatshirt and denim shorts.
"Forest, wha-"
"Mate.." He whispered under his breath.
I growled.
"I'm your mate, Forest!" I yelled.
The girl then walked over to him.
"Hey.." She greeted him.
I smelt the air.
She was full human.
No wolf, whatsoever.
"H-Hi." He replied admiring her.
I just there in shock.
"Heh. I'm Alicia Way."
"I-I'm Forest Green."
She laughed.
"Nice name. Really fits you." She said and stared at his eyes.
It was true.
It did fit him.
His eyes were forest green and favorite color was green.
I smiled mentally and then snapped to what was happening.
Her hands slowly trailed up his arm.
I was frozen.
Couldn't do anything.
I watched as she kissed his cheek.
I couldn't take it anymore, and slapped the shit out of her for even thinking of touching my man.

"That's my MATE, Dana! You can't hurt her!" He yelled at me.
I winced slightly at his tone.
He never used this tone on me.
Once he saw how I flinched he calmed down a bit.
"But I'm also your mate Forest.." I said quietly.
"Dana. I- I don't know." He said and ran his hand through his faux hawk.
I sighed and ran off.
He grabbed my wrist and turned me around.
I suddenly felt a pair of lips smash into mine.
I then pushed him away.
"I-I can't do this Forest. I'm so sorry.." I ran out the door.
And he didn't do anything about it.
Nothing.
What the hell did I just do.
