My dream

My name is Mey and I'm 17. Like most of today's teenagers I want to become a singer. Singing is my biggest passion from when I was little. I used to attend music school before I start high school. If you ask me, today's P.E. is waste of time. Who cares about basketball? You can watch it on TV with popcorns and comment on hot sweaty dudes. In the other hand, in my school you can't be 'popular' if you don't do sports. I actually understand that everyone wants to be popular, and if you keep saying to you 'I don't want to be popular' you're just flattering yourself. Everyone wants to be noticed, get dozens of great comments and be surrounded with people who think you're awesome. If you ask yourself 'Who cares?' the answer is simple. You care because you want everyone to see you exist to love you and mind you. As I was thinking about that I bump in someone and fall on the floor.

"What the fudge?!" I yell, rubbing my forehead with closed eyes. I open them and take a look at a person above me. Oh great. It has to be Chris O'Neal. He smirks and walks past me with his mates. One guy, I think his name is Peter helps me stand up and I send him smile. He turns on his heel without saying 'bye' and hurries after boys. I look from him and my gaze stops on school board. I come closer and read announcement written on golden paper with black microphones:
Auditions for 'Glee'.
Teathre stage at 13 :00 h , Friday. Sign up down.

Omg. I watched Glee thousands of times and I adore it. I quickly pull pen out from my pencilcase and sign up. The thing that changed my life. Forever.Bell rings and I hurry on science in all happy mood.
