Chapter 1: Graduation Party

Natalie and Toby were just regular siblings. They fought about random things, they annoyed each other, and you know the usual. That all changed one night they would never forget.

Natalie and Toby are twins, and they had both just graduated high school. As celebration, one of their friends invited them and a few others to his place at his mountain. Yes, his family owns a mountain. The Woods family owned a mountain over in the country, as well as some beautiful cabins up there as well. Their son Jeffery is the one that invited Natalie and Toby to the party. The other people he invited were all his best friends, including Nat and Toby. Ben, Isaac, and Jane were the others. They have been friends ever since they were in kindergarten.

Nat, Toby, and Jeff got there first. It was snowing pretty heavily up there, and sadly, Natalie had forgotten her gloves. "Toby let me use your gloves!" She said, breathing into her hands, trying her best to warm them up. She then looked at them and they saw looked a bit blue. "I'm going to get hypothermia here!" He sighed heavily and saw his own breath in front of him and instantly understood why his sister was making such a fuss. "Ok, ok I think I packed some extras." He rummaged though his backpack trying to find some. "Here I have some Nat!" They both turned around and saw Jeff waving a fuzzy pair of black gloves in the air. Natalie ran toward him telling him thank you over and over again. "Whoa, don't worry, it was no problem. I figured someone would forget their gloves, so I guess you're the winner!" They all laughed and Natalie was still trying to warm up her hands. They looked up and saw some ominous clouds hanging overhead, looking like they could drop a ton of snow on their heads any minute. "Come on lets head on to the cabin guys," yelled Jeff. "Hey wait up! We don't want to freeze to death out here!" Once again, they turned around only to see Ben, Isaac, and Jane running towards them as fast as they could with those bulky jackets and infinite layers of clothes. "Hey guys! Come on! Don't turn into ice cubes out there like Natalie almost did!" They gave them questioning looks and Natalie playfully poked Toby in his ribs. Ben ran over to them with as much fervor as a track star. Issac and Jane came a little after him.
