introduction.

"Jaden, hurry up were gonna be late!!" I tried yelling over his music blaring from his room, " Alright, alright I'm coming who peed in your Cheerios ?" he responded turning the music off and jogging down the steps, while giving me a kiss on my head and rubbing the top of my hair.

"Seriously, it took me forever to straighten." I swatted his hands off my head and lightly punched him in the stomach.

"Oh no you didn't." Jaden he says while throwing his back pack on the floor, I screamed at the top of my lungs and ran around the house with Jaden getting closer and closer by the second.

I feel a pair of hands wrap around my waist and I am jerked back by my annoying brother. he throws me over his shoulder,

I have to wear my cheer uniform because we have practice and we have all decided on the last practice until our game we would wear our uniforms so we have everything perfect.

I hear the front door open and the one only Carter Mason my brother runs to the door with me on his shoulder  "Hey, sup dude" Jaden said in the most chillest way it was so annoying. "ugh" I roll my eyes and "can you put me down now?"

" fine, fine i'll put you down." he reply's  and with that i straighten out my cheer uniform and walk past Carter with my back turned to Jaden I wink at Carter and smile, I decided to walk to school since its only like a 7 minute walk from my house

I walked through the back and onto the beach since my backyard is basically the beach.

I put on my Nike's and grab my cheer bag and my backpack, I go out and walked on a path that takes me along the beach then eventually takes me along the road to go to my school.

I am now half way down the beach when i feel a pair of hands grab my waist I jump a little and realize it was Carter, Carter and i have been secretly dating since the beginning of summer. I can't tell Jaden about us because it would be too complicated and weird and last time I dated his friend it didn't go too well but that was in the past and I think i'm falling in love with Carter, scary right.

I lean in and kissed him, when we pulled away he grabbed my cheer bag and with his free hand grabbed my hand.

when we were on the side of the road we  let go of each others hands and he gave me my cheer bag,

Carter and I weren't enemies but we weren't best-friends in other people's eyes but in our eyes we knew we were both more than friends, but we couldn't risk people finding out, its just complicated.

We separated when we were in the main hallway. I got to my locker and immediately saw my best friend Juliet running towards me, "hey" I amusingly said.

she was my best friend since 6th grade. " Did.....you.....hear....from......your....dad.....at.....all?" She tried says but was out of breath "no~? He doesn't come back for another month or two." I replied confusingly her eyes widened like she realized she said something she shouldn't have. "Oh, I thought you said that one or two months ago."

the bell rang and i gave her a confusing smile and said "i'll see you at lunch then?" as i was walking to class I saw a seat open next to Carter and my brother walking towards it I began to speed walk towards the seat he noticed and began to speed walk to.

I caught him off guard and ran I beat him to the seat and sat in the seat next to Carter, while he sat on the other side of me. I really didn't think this through, so for the entire class i was getting pieces of paper and erasers thrown at me from both sides.

Over the loud speaker they called for my brother to go down to the office I looked at him confused but he just shrugged and walked out.

I decided to carry his bags around with me cause i'm that nice of a sister until he showed up to come get them

but he never did I was starting to get worried.

The last bell rang and it was lunch time, I put all of his things and my things in my locker. I walked to lunch with Carter and we sat down I gave him the other half to my nutella sandwich and we ate it.

Me, Carter, Jaden, Juliet and some people from the football team all sit at one table together in the back corner of the cafeteria, it was more private you could say so everyone wasn't listening to our conversations and starting rumors.

I finished chewing my last bite of my sandwich and the entire cafeteria went quiet, some girls were looking at me surprised and other close to tears, i was so confused.

I turned around and saw my father and my brother walking into the cafeteria, I was immediately brought to tears (of joy) I shot up and ran towards my father tears streaming down my face. I put my arms out and he did as well he picked me up and i wrapped my legs around his waist and buried my head into his neck.

everyone started clapping and i never wanted to let go. I missed him so much.
