History of Arthor, page 22, Chap.3 About the principle of everything.

The truth is that nobody knows how everything began.

But all agree that in a sense He was there in the beginning, exalted, seated above the stars of the early days. The northern elves called it Elohi, which in the dialect of Arthor men means "One who came before," also called the "Illuminated" or just Supreme.

The sages say that the elves were here countless ages before the first men landed in StormyCoast, or the first Firstborn of the Dragons wander through the mountains of Sulfur. They told the story from beginning through poetry and songs in the ancient language. Sad and serene songs, sung in such a way that only they would know faithfully reproduce.

Many of these songs have been forgotten with the springs that came, however, some of the Duergar wise kept to himself when the High Elves have left our land during the Second Age of Chains. A piece of their culture and tradition stayed with us and those who remained in Elferia, as we call the Elvish lands remaining.

The first and most important of these is called Primordial Manifest. It is not a song, or a poem. But the unique Elvish narrative we have about what was in Principle.

Usually the manifesto was divided into seven parts, each about an "act" of creation of the Supreme. Few now believe in these words, especially the wise men, so daring for knowledge of things in the world, according to some, is nothing but an allegorical fable.

The truth is that today we do not understand the truth about the Age before Ages.

"In the beginning there was nothing."

And then Elohi said, Let there be light!

And then the first light shone amid the empty, his glimpse the first shadow emerged. And then there existed Order and Chaos, light and shadow.

Its essence has expanded incalculable distances until the light illuminated the whole universe, entered through the darkest corners and all forms became visible to the Supreme.

But there were still shadow on the face of the deep. In the dark, empty and formless, countless world lay there, shapeless. In places where the light of Elohi did not come.

So the Supreme forged for himself the Firstborn, and gave them the form and substance of himself. It gave them also wings, so that they flew for the face of the abyss.

The first, white as white snow of winter, called it Valyriam. Which means life.

The second, black as the shadow of the abyss, called it Kalakshtar. Which means death.

The third, red as the flames of primordial fire, the Supreme granted the power of the other two, and called it Smogy, meaning time.

The essence of the One who came before made it to expand, and then the shapeless worlds took shape, land and sea, fire and air alumni of expansion of its light.

And Elohi saw that it was beautiful.

He gave his first-born the power to rule over the worlds that had formed. But they were still empty and formless.

That's when the Supreme spotted what was hidden in the shadows. Order of Chaos emerged. Unimaginable creatures emerged on the face of the abyss, whose ways no mortal could conceive, and they were called the Three Evils and their guardians of the Great Old Ones.

So the Supreme made himself their guardian, those who we call the Immortals. And before any of us open his eyes for the first time, a war was fought.

Light and shadow.

In the end, only the firstborn prevailed alone in the vastness of the Supreme had created, and then the ambition came to their hearts and fought with each other.

When the three used their essences to hurt each other, the Supreme resurfaced among them, born of his way.

Then did he who is three in one. And he reigned supreme.

It expanded its essence through the creases of the universe, and it was formed by Him. Until it disappeared. Its light was left, made him the first stars that illuminated our world, still empty.

There was then afternoon and evening.

"The first day." (...).

Here ends the first part.
