Hye Jin's pov

"We're moving to America" they both said sternly holding each others hands looking at me with serious eyes.

"What? Are you serious? How am I supposed to go to school? I don't even know English!??" I suddenly blurted out, looking at them with mixed emotions.

"We were afraid you'd say that, what we planned for you is to transfer to an American high school when we get there and hire you a tutor to help you learn English and other important things." Mom stated, walking over to where I was sitting rubbing my back.

"But I have good friends here...! I don't even know anyone in America!" I replied back, almost about to burst into tears.

"We know your problem because we too don't want you start over making friends again and fitting in but I'm sure you'll find new friends." Dad says, sitting beside me just like my mom patting me on the back.

"We both planned to move in 1 month since we still have to pack and have arrangements planned for other important things ok?" Dad replied.

After the conversation was over I went back to my room laying on my bed crying and thinking about how I should tell my friends about me moving.

The next morning I left early to school without eating breakfast or making any eye contact.

When I got through the school gates I began to think how I'm supposed to tell my friends again which almost caused me to tear up. The bell rang and I ran into the building. The first person I met in the school entrance hallway was Jongdae who was changing out his shoes and looked up smiling at me. I smiled back and started walking to class with my head slightly bent down.

All I had in my head were thoughts and questions that I couldn't answer but I know I should be excited about America for an opportunity and all but...

When I stepped in the class room I saw So Ra sitting at her desk laughing with her hand in her face and Jae Young making funny poses causing me to slightly smile.

"Yah! Hye Jin good morning!" Jae Young blurted, looking at me smiling.

"Good morning you guys." I replied back.

"Good morning Hye Jin! why do you look depressed? Are you sick? Did someone bully you? Push you or yell at you??" So Ra asked, sitting in another student's desk in front of me, putting her hand on my forehead.

"Ani I'm fine, just a bit tired today, and didn't have enough sleep. Besides that Jae Young keeps texting me for math answers." I say, while giving Jae Young a death glare.

"Mianhaeyo~~ I won't bother you again~~~~" Jae Young says annoyingly, putting her head on my shoulder rubbing her head near mines making a pouty face and an annoying voice.

"Ok, Everyone get back into your seats class is starting." Ms.Park yelled, hitting her folder on the podium.

When classes were over Jae Young, So Ra and I linked in arms while heading to the cafeteria early to get bread and pudding since it'll be packed with other students.
