Love is:
Thinking about that one person for 3 or 4 hours without anything else before crashing asleep.
It's waking up and wanting to text them first thing.
It's telling them that you love them every chance you get.
It's sending them every single thing that makes you think of them and hoping they smile.
It's not letting go of them even when they yell and scream to be left alone.
It's telling them that it will be okay and helping them through their problems.
It's spending the last few dollars you have to buy them a gift when you know they've been having a hard time.
It's waking up and getting out of bed, just to see their face. It's dreaming of them and waking up smiling.
It's holding them close to you on those cold winter nights together.
It's waking up early the next morning and sneaking out to make breakfast.
It's holding the last piece of candy between your teeth and them leaning forward to kiss you, while taking some.
It's letting them sit on your lap while you game because they don't want to get a chair.
It's shaking as your heart rate rises, just thinking about how happy they make you.
It's hoping they forget something at your house just so that you can have one last kiss before they go.
It's also accepting that you might not be in love with them forever, and making the most of it while you can.
It's not just holding them up, but CARRYING them when they fall.
It's watching them try to pull you along when you are down, then laughing before you get back up.
It's worrying more about them than yourself.
It's understanding that they might be broken, and setting on a mission to fix them, no matter how hard or how long it might be.
It's forgetting time in their eyes when you look up from laying your head on their lap.
It's turning around and tricking them into kissing you, then getting tricked back.
Love is not being alone in this hell. Over all love is all these things, all these wonderful things... Love is one of the best feelings in the world. Love is hope.
