Diana Reid

"Rhiannon? Dr. Williams wants to speak with you." Michelle, a fellow nurse here at the Las Vegas Sanitarium says to me while I was helping a disabled patient get into their bed. "Okay I'll be there after I finish helping this patient."
After I finish I head to Mr. Williams office.
"Hello sir. You wanted to speak to me?" I say as I enter after knocking. "Why yes! Please sit down." He says directing me to a chair. "So as you know, whenever we release a patient here we send a nurse to take care of them for a while to make sure they don't have another outburst." "Yes sir. I am aware if that." "Well, we have a patient by the name of, uh" he stops to look through a file. "Diana Reid! Yes. She is being released and will be heading to Washington, D.C. to stay with her son Spencer. Unfortunately he is in the FBI and is gone most of the time and won't be able to take care of his mother regularly. So I decided that you should be Diana's permanent care taker." Dr. Williams explained. "Uh. Well. I would love to-" "Great! Your flight with Miss Reid leaves tomorrow at 7pm! Call me when you land." "Wait I didn't eve-" "Now if you will excuse me I have a meeting to get to" Dr. Williams say while leaving his office.

THE NEXT MORNING
"Ugh!" I exclaimed reaching to turn off my annoying alarm.
Today was the day I head to D.C. to take care of Miss Reid.
I got up and put on some black skinny jeans with a white tanktop. It's going to be super cold when we touchdown in D.C. so I put a big comfy beige sweater on. After I got dressed I checked the time which read 6:00 and went to go get Miss Reid. We have to leave an hour early to get to the airport. I packed all my clothes in the biggest suitcase I had. I already paid the UHAUL to drive my furniture and stuff up to D.C. into the apartment I will be staying in near Miss Reid. I put my suitcase into the taxi, since my car was also being shipped to Washington. I went to the institution to pick up Diana.
"Good morning Miss Reid." I say giving her a nice smile. "Oh you don't have to address me that way dear. Call me Diana." She said returning a smile. "Oh okay. So did you get a good nights sleep?" I ask as we pack her suitcase in the taxi. "No. I was to excited and scared." She said while hopping in the cab. "Why were you excited and scared?" I ask as I put on my seatbelt. "Well I'm excited to see my son but I scared cause I hate planes." She said while clutching into her purse she brought with her. "Oh well it'll just be a two and half hour long flight. After that you'll be safe on the ground Diana." "You are a really sweet girl, uh what's your name again?" She asks "Oh I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you my name. It's Rhiannon."
We board onto the flight after going through customs. Diana actually took the flight pretty well, since she eventually fell asleep during the flight. Before she fell asleep she was telling me all about her son. How smart he is and about his job and how he has a eidetic memory. He makes me seem like a idiot compared to how smart he is.
"Ladies and gentlemen this is your captain speaking. We will be landing in Washington D.C. in 10 minutes. Thank you for choosing United Airways and enjoy your stay here."
"Diana." I shake her "Diana." I repeat after my failed first attempt. "Huh? What?" "We're landing in10 minutes." I say helping her sit up. "I'm not that old I can sit myself up, but thanks for waking me up." She says getting her purse from bellow her seat. "Your welcome Diana."
After we all exit the plane and go to baggage claim we head outside to my car which I had the men drop it off and attach the UHAUL to the back of I load our suitcases into the back of the car and put the address of where Diana's son lives into the GPS.
After an hour drive we arrive to the apartment building.
"I'll get Spencer to help you unpack into the apartment." Diana says as we head up the stairs to her sons door. "I appreciate it." I say as I get ready to knock in the door.
*knock knock*
"Hey mom!" A odd looking guy which happens to be Spencer answers the door in excitement. "Hey Spencer." Diana says while enjoying a nice embrace with her son. "I wasn't expecting you until another hour." He says letting go. "Well Rhiannon here is a pretty fast driver." Diana says while motioning towards me to get me in the conversation.
"Oh I didn't see you." He says "Hi Mr. Reid. I'm Rhiannon. I'll be your mothers care taker for a while." "Call me Spencer."  "Spencer, why don't you help Rhiannon move her things into the apartment next door." "Yeah sure. Go ahead and get comfortable inside." He says while we head down to the car.
