I ran my hand over the small of her back, the other holding her neck gently, massaging her jaw bone. I move that hand up to the back of her head, tangling my hand in her hair.

"Mmm,"I murmured,"babe my phone." She whined,"not yet."
I giggled and pecked her lips once more before gently pushing her off my lap I pull my phone out of my back pocket and groan heavily. Lia licked her lips and put her hand on my thighs,"No. Not yet, your dad waits."

"Baby."
"No..."
"Babyy."
"Brianna nooo."
I laugh and climb into the drivers seat and fix my bra. Lia runs her face and lays down in the back seat. My dad has asked me to come in to the shop for back up. Lia is grumbling in the back seat of my dad's trams AM as we drive towards her apartment uptown.

We pass the uptown sign seven minutes later and I start humming uptown girl under my breathe. Lia groans and sits up, falling heavily against the other door. "Shut it!"
I giggle," Uptown girl! She's been living in her uptown world. I bet she's never had a backstreet guy. I bet her momma never told her why..."

I make a hard left turn on Lia's street. She rolls her eyes and sings along with me while we drive down the far end of wax road. "I'm gonna try for an uptown girl. She's been living in her white bread world." I hummed the rest of the phrase while she got out after we kissed.

I hummed the rest of the song while heading downtown to the repair shop when the sky shattered.
