Chapter 1

adelaine's pov;
i slammed the doors while i was running towards the school bus so hard that i think the little dog ornament that was hung up in the basement just fell if and broke.i would go back in and check if i wasn't running late as usual.the bus stopped at Cass's house but no one was inside,so i got out of the bus to check on cass.Mr and Mrs Defilippis told me cass got out of the house earlier,so she can pick up em.i wasn't really bothered as much but i just thought the deal was to go all three together,but better for me,becausw we had a deal that i pay for today's breakfast at McD's but they didn't show up,and that's none of my business*sips tea in my mind*.
i got back in to the bus that headed straight to school.most of the seats in the bus were taken so i had to walk until the end of the bus*sigh*.as soon as i saw a free place i sat on that seat so fast you don't even know.i was really exhausted from doing nothing all night and catching up to all the youtubers!the girl i sat next to was so random i didnt even see her when i was looking for seats oh well.the bus dropped us right in front of Mayfield.i tiredly jumped from the bus stairs and headed to McD's to pick up some food.
Cass's pov;
i picked up Em and we went straight to Starbucks.i wanted to explain to her what happened the other night before Adelaine or anyone could know.i just didn't really feel like i was ready to share it with anyone.
Em's pov;
i trust Cass and Adelaine with all my heart.but if Cass said she didn't want to share it with anyone else,i am okay with it.as long as it's not about eachother,it's okay.
Adelaine's pov;
i payed my order from McD's and texted matt so we can meet up at my locker before the classes start.i didn't really feel like looking for Cass and Em this morning,i'll see them at lunch anyways.
*later at the locker*
i put my gym clothes and my biology text book carefully on the shelf while i was lowkey checking myself out in the mirror.i picked the books i needed for history and slammed the locker doors with no strenght.right in front of my face i see Cass and Em all worried up.i was wondering what was going on inside their heads.
Cass's pov;
i was now ready to tell Adelaine.she is one of my closest friends and this 'thing' that was happening,shouldn't last a minute more,before i tell adelaine.
