Walking fast looking back; Jogging, and then running. I dont know where to but, going anyway; fear is still attached to my face. I tell myself out loud not to look back; to never look back. It's dark out but, i run across the street I see a light on the left side of me and not long after i felt an unbarable pain on my left side then my right. I hit my head on the concrete scrapping my arms.... The cold floor my shallow breath takes it's tole on me. "The light is so beautiful"...i say falling into a deep daze
Beep...Beep...Beep... It was easy to hear but hard to see. "W-where am I?" I whisper with only bits of shallow breath. There was no answer I then fall into a deep daze casting me asleep dreaming of coats of snow and ice on a trail I take every morning to get to Hulkins High School. The sound of my feet pressing against the icy snow echoed in my head crystal clear the images of my surrounds were as real as anything i could feel. I remembered the brisk and frostbiten breeze i felt on my skin how it felt wasnt as real as the image. The dream ended faster than I expected. I wake once more to an unfamiliar voice talking i couldn't fully hear. "Athena, Can you hear me you must hear me i know you can. Look thinks have gotten bad so if you come back things will be hard for you.. I dont want things to be hard.. For you.. You've been through so much! If you give up on us i will survive as long as you are at peace and i believe someone like you will have peace." Can you hear me is repeated i hadnt open my eye yet but at that moment i realized i knew where i was but the real question is how did i get here? who brought me here? When did i get here? These questions lingered in my head as if i was in a never ending void but that void must end of course. Athena can you hear me? A distinctive voice said again. Blurr just... Blurr is what i can only see... Why is it that it's so hard to see why is it so blurry? Why do i feel numb like i cant feel anything that i remember once could? "Doctor! Miss She's opening her eyes shes awake!! Doctor come here shes awake!!" the same unfamiliar voice yells loudly in the room. My vision is getting clear. I see see the slight details in a person face i can see the forms of their bodies but i couldnt see their actual distinctive characteristic in which made them whom they're. Yet, they seemed unfamiliar no matter the slight blurr in my sight. Two people were in the room at the time i already knew one was a female doctor the other no clue but that person knew me obviously. A scarce bright light shines in my eyes and I clenched my eyes close as it watered. "She's responding that's a good sign." The Doctor said aloud. In my head i kept thinking about that trail it seems as though its the only thing i recall as a memory. Who is my father? Who is my mother? Do i even have a family? My eyes get clearer and i can see the people that surround me just as a expected a women with a white coat whom i presumed was a doctor is so a doctor her hair curled and stopped right before her shoulders. Her eyes glowed a light green color but only glistened as she stood near a light. Someone my age stood next to her having hope glow in her eyes i knew she care sincerely about me. She puffy curls and her skin was pale she has slight tears dropping down her face. A younger girl stood on the other side of the bed her hair was blond and straight and her eyes were dark as coal her smile was wicked cold and her nose had a slight point. My voice was crisp and couldn't say the words i wish the cold girl got closer my eyes got wider she touch my face and my insides burned on the inside making my heart rate increase. The doctor had made one of the girls leaving me with the cold one alone she whispered telling me she was sorry but she needed a distraction. The cold one said "i needed to leave now or it'll be harder to leave later!!"
