We're Just "Friends"

Chapter 2~The Interview

Hello, my name is Marriah Edwards and I'm here for an interview. I said in a shaky/nervous voice. The lady knew I was nervous and told me that there's "nothing to worry about", I nodded my head and went into a small room in the back to meet a women with curly blonde hair and brown eyes that was about a little shorter than my height. She was the nicest woman that I've met since I moved here. Well we sat and talked, she asked me a few work related questions and then she asked me "Who I Am". Well I told her that my name is Marriah Jane Edwards, my favorite color is blue, I love to sing and do theater in my free time, and that I'm mixed with Italian, Hawaiian, African American, English, Irish, and Indian. She looked at me with amazement when I told her my nationalities. I giggled and carried on with the interview. Soon it seemed like we were just having a conversation instead of an interview. Well after we were done she shook my hand and told me that I start tomorrow.

She told me that when I came in I would see a young man with green eyes and brown curly hair, "He sounds cute" I said giggling at myself. She looked at me and began to laugh. "His name is Harry and he will be your trainer" she said in a sweet tone. "Ok,and thanks again for this job!" I said gracefully.

I walked out of the bakery and started heading to my car, but I noticed that I couldn't find my car keys in my purse, just as I was walking back to the bakery a young man ran out with my keys in his hand, he looked about my age and he was very cute.... I looked him in his emerald green eyes and said "thank you so much!!!" He smiled and said your welcome, and when he smiled I swear I was about to faint, his dimples were the cutest things ever and his smile was beautiful!!! I asked him If his name was Harry. In my mind I was praying and hoping he would say yes! "Yeah, how did you know?" He said in his deep raspy british accent. "Uhhh..." Oh my gosh I forgot what I was about to say... I got completely lost in his eyes!!! Ok Marriah snap out of it!!!

"Hello?"

"Oh sorry umm... I'm new here and I'm gonna start tomorrow and well the lady in there told me that you would be my trainer"

"Oh great! I can't wait to work with you, well I loved meeting you but I have to get back to the shop, Bye!!!

After my talk with Harry I got in my car and started going crazy with excitement!!! Then I turned the radio up and sped off. I couldn't wait to tell every body the great news!!!
