Zink's POV

It felt as if I was being watched for a couple hours now. I knew exactly who these people are. They've been all a legend passed down from my line for decades. 

For some odd reason, I'd always believed these legends to be true and not just myths passed down as a scary story. My parents have just come to the conclusion that I was completely crazy for believing in such tall tales. 

I just knew for some reason that they were the ones who've been watching me for about 14 hours now. My aura must be flickering already... damn it! I wonder what color it is this time...?

Just as I thought that, a man stood before me. He had a scar on his right cheek that formed an 'X'; he had an indefinable eye color, due to the fact that it kept changing different colors for some odd reason; and he was built as if he could break me in half.

He was studying me intensely and that's when I felt a tug on my chest... then it hit me.

He's a Teskargan!

I wanted to run at that very second, but I knew it was already too late when the man began to chant in an unknown language.

Once my soul was torn from my body, everything became dull to me... I felt... Empty.

I wanted to feel scared at that because I'd never felt empty like this before. It felt completely horrible; and even though I wanted to be scared, my body held no emotion whatsoever... except utter rage.

The man began to chant yet again, and before I could so much as count to 3... he vanished before my eyes.?

What. The. Hell?!

That was the moment I vowed to regain what is rightfully mine. I was going to fight to reclaim my soul, and I knew exactly where to start.

I ran home, going into the restricted books in the attic that my grandpa had thought he'd hidden from me. When I found the right book and volume, I headed off towards my room.

"All about the Demon Realm." Is what the title read. It was the only volume of its kind... there were no other copies in this dimension. An extremely rare find... so I've heard. 

I read of how to summon the Gate into a different dimension, mainly memorizing the Demon Dimension. 

Then I moved on to how to claim a Demon as a loyal chattel... or pet, as they'd stated in the book. 

After that was done... I began the chant to open the Gate.

"Hui mee Kavesh za vu rai Teen!" I chanted 4 times.

Abruptly, I was blinded by light and it felt as if my body was engulfed into flames.
