Souls of the Departed 5x12 Part 1

SCENE 1 -

Regina as a young girl looking out the window at Daniel in the stables looking out into the stables

Cora walks in without Regina realising

Cora: What are you doing Regina

Regina: Nothing mother

Cora: It certainly doesn't look like that

Regina: I'm just looking at the horses

Cora: Nothing else?

Regina: No, mother

Cora: Your father is organising a ball this evening

Regina: I know

Cora: Go help him

Regina: Do I have to?

Cora: Everyone has a choice, do what you wish. But remember, you can't keep anything from me, I'm your mother and mother knows best.

SCENE 2-

Into the underworld - which is a broken version of Storybrooke - Our heroes are waking up from lying on the ground

Regina: Here we are, the underworld. Wait, why were we lying on the ground

Emma: Great, everyone get up - let's go look for Hook

Snow: Emma, we need to make a plan

David: She's right - we can't just walk in here and do what we want

Emma: Well do you have a better one!

Henry: Mum, look I know you want to find Hook but we have no idea what this place even is

Rumple: I agree with the boy

Regina: Quit trying to persuade the stubborn girl, when has she ever listened to us?

Emma: Regina, this is not the time

Regina: Oh really! So when is the time, because you never seem to have any?

Snow: Regina! Save this for Storybrooke

Regina: Storybrooke, like we'll ever see it again

Emma: It was your choice. You chose to come here and help us, you were fine with it 5 minutes ago. If you want to go back, then fine - you're free to go back

Regina: That's the point, what if there is no going back. What if Hook isn't even in the underworld? And how the hell are we going to get out of this place.

Emma: What's wrong with you

(Cora poofs in)

Cora: Nothing's wrong with her Emma. Only that she doesn't have her heart. Oh and I just happen to be controlling it

Regina: What.

Cora: Remember when you wanted to kill me

(Heart poofs into hand and she starts squeezing it)

Regina: Mother!

( Emma runs to help her but is blasted back by Cora)

Emma: How is this happening! We're already dead, aren't we!

(Cora lets go)

Cora: Don't be foolish. The underworld is for people with unfinished business. For people who died before their cause. You can still die here.

Regina: (quietly) What unfinished business did you have

Cora: You
