Chapter 3-The cutie I met

Hey sorry I have not updated in a while. I might try to update again tomorrow if I can since we have another snow day but I'm not sure. Well I hope u enjoy this chapter I decided to write it in Tyler's prospective.

Tyler's POV~

I woke up to my alarm beeping and my mom yelling at me to get my ass out of bed before I was late to school. I slunk out of bed and quickly got myself dressed. I looked at myself in the mirror checking out my outfit. I was wearing my football jersey that was still snug without my equipment. The jersey showed off the muscles I had and hinted to the hidden six pack underneath, my jeans also fit nicely and I had them sagging just enough to see the top of my boxers. 'Just enough to keep the ladies mouths watering' I thought to myself. Now don't get me confused I am not a player to the point that I fucked any girl that spreads their legs, although I am defiantly not a virgin and will admit i have also had countless make out sessions with the hot girls at school. After checking myself out I swiftly grabbed my backpack and booked it downstairs I grabbed breakfast and rushed out the door only to remember I needed to brush my teeth. Running back inside I brushed went back into the kitchen noticed my mom sitting at the table and gave her a kiss on the cheek and got into my car and drove to school. Once I pulled into the parking lot I got out, slammed my door, and locked the car. Heading to the front steps I went to catch up with my friends (football team) before school started. As i caught up to them I gave my friends high fives. James teased me for running late and his twin Jonathan slapped him upside the head telling him the if it was not for him James would also be late as often as me. I laughed and so did my friends Ben and Daniel. Ben and Daniel where cousins but you couldn't tell because they looked nothing alike. The boys and I chatted and talked about football and the training camp we had had over the summer and how tough it was. The conversation was cut short when the bell for school rang. we walked to our lockers which happened to be next to each other and put all of are stuff in. Because we where seniors we had most of our classes done so we had a free period for our first class. we decided that we would go to the football field and just pass the ball around until second period. I told the guys I would meet them out there because I had to go to the bathroom. They shrugged and headed to the field as I made my way to the bathroom. As I was rounding the corner something hit me hard. I looked down and saw a cute little boy with brown hair sweeping across his forehead in a tamed but messy way. He kind of sat there in a daze which I assume is from the shock of falling down. I looked him over and took in his black skinning jeans that showed how tiny this kid in front of me was. Next i saw his sweat shirt that read 'don't hate me cause i'm beautiful' I smirked at that and cleared my throat and bent down to help him pick up his books. He seemed to snap out of whatever daze he was in as I was handing him his books.
"Here you go...ummm" I paused not knowing what his name was. "Cody. Cody Miller" he replied blushing slightly. I chuckled and he blushed harder taking his books thanking me and high tailing it obviously to his first hour class. I continued on my way and once I finished in the bathroom went out to see the boys. As we played catch I found myself thinking about who the Cody Miller kid was since I don't remember ever seeing him before. "Hey James, Jonathan, Ben, Daniel?" "yeah?" they answered simultaneously. "Do you know a kid named Cody Miller?" I questioned. "I think he is that sophomore who does not talk to anyone." James replied. "Oh yeah that little one I heard he doesn't have any friends he is like antisocial or something." Jonathan added. "I heard no one messes with him because people think he is fragile or something. everyone just lets him do whatever, but I heard lots of the girls think he is adorable." Ben said. "Yeah I heard that to but he looks kinda gay." Daniel stated "Not that I have anything against Gays! I mean the kid is kinda cute looking not that I play for that team or anything!" Daniel rushed out turning and embarrassed shade of red. We laughed and made our way inside when the bell for the end of first period rang. I spent the rest of the morning pondering about the Cody kid. 'He is quite cute!' 'wait what am I thinking i'm completely straight' I shook my head banishing those thoughts and waited for lunch to come. After morning classes the bell finally signaled for lunch I headed to the lunch room and went over to the table my friends where at. the boys looked like they where goofing off with one of the soccer players soccer balls. When i reached them James took the ball and was messing around he threw it and we all watched it sail to the other side of the room. I saw the boy from this morning sitting there eating lunch by himself I only had time to yell "kid watch out" as I saw the soccer ball go flying in his direction. He turned just in time to catch the ball in his face. I saw him fall to the ground"fuck" I swore and ran to him the guys right behind me. I reached him and saw that he was unconscious I quickly but carefully picked him up in my arms not wanting to hurt him and told the guys I would take him to the nurse's office, they nodded. I reached the room and opened the door the nurse quickly got up when I entered and asked what happened I told her that he had gotten hit by a soccer ball and than collapsed. She directed me to a bed so I could lay Cody down. After checking him out she said that he would be completely fine and would wake up soon. I gave a sigh of relief that confused me quite a bit. The nurse said she had to go run an errand and would be back later and asked if I would stay and wait for him to wake up. I nodded yes and she thanked me before leaving. I simply watched him breath in and out, I found my self mesmerized by his round face his his hair messing in an adorable way that made my breath catch in my throat. I don't know how much time passed when I noticed Cody stir. I held breath and waited for him to finish waking up. His eyes fluttered open and he looked around probably confused at where he was. I must have moved because his gaze snapped to me I watched him my eyes filled with concern as I looked into his deep chocolate brown eyes. He stared at me and then in a voice that I almost couldn't hear he muttered four words that made my eyes widen. "God I love you" I watched as he slapped his hand over his mouth his eyes widening in fear and sorrow. His eyes misted up and he bolted out of the room before I could do or say anything. Before I knew it he was gone from my site I just stood there more confused than I have ever been in my life. A boy literally just confessed to me and for some reason I could not find it in me to feel the least bit of disgust and that is what scared me the most. I snapped out of it and walked to my next class in a daze. School dragged on without me really paying any attention. All of my thoughts where on what Cody had said that afternoon. When school ended I went home since I did not have practice today. Once I got home I went upstairs and did my homework giving up when I realized I had not paid enough attention today to know how to do any of it. I sighed and took a shower letting the warmth relax my tense muscles. I got out drying off and slipped on some boxers before falling into bed my hair still wet enough that drops of water fell occasionally onto my pillow. I threw my arm over my head in frustration. I knew that Cody Miller had changed me in a way that I didn't know was good or bad. With that I slowly fell asleep pondering how my senior year was sure going to be different than what I had pictured it being just this morning. With that I fell into a deep sleep.
