Your POV-
I stepped out of my friends car, quiet as a mouse. "Bye [y/n]!" Milina chirped while waving her hand. I didn't utter a word for I was too scared on what was going to come. I simply waved back as I walked thought the drive way. I looked down at the wilting grass and flowers, my brows furrowed. I walked up the two white steps and opened the door.
In less than a millisecond I was met with a flower pot being thrown at the door frame. "ARE YOU INSANE LADDY?!" I shouted while staring at my now fuming mother. "NO IM NOT! ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID?" I looked at her confused. "I TOLD YOU TO COME HOME RIGHT AFTER WORK! WORK ENDED FUCKING FIVE HOURS AGO!" I shrugged my shoulders and walked up the stairs, I stopped when my moms voice broke through the air.
"YOU LITTLE SHIT! THATS IT GET YOUR STUFF AND LEAVE MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW!" my mom screamed at me. I went up the old oak wood stairs and grabbed a bag and began to pack it. While doing so I took a look around my small white room.
Pictures of my family hung up on the wall. Pictures that were taken moments before my fathers accident. Before I left i grabbed my phone and Markiplier hoodie. Markipleir was the only thing keeping me sane or alive at this point, sometimes I pity myself because of it. I walked down stairs and right out of the door without saying a word to my mom, but I could feel her intense gaze on my back.
I looked around the busy streets of LA trying to find a place to sit. Finally after what seemed like hours of looking, I saw a bench surrounded by trees while a marble fountain sat a few meters behind it, water flowing down gracefully.
I sat down and took out my partially cracked phone. 'Dang. I just bought this last week.' I sadly thought. The first thing i did was check Markipliers twitter. I saw a status that made my heart break. it read "Im sorry guys... im quiting youtube. I have a lot of stuff going on right now and i dont know if i can keep this up anymore" . Me just seeing the words 'quitting YouTube' made my eyes start to get glossy.
After a while i started to sob uncontrollably. I got off of the bench and begain to walk towards the mesmerizing fountain I saw moments ago, only to get my mind off of things. I suppose I wasn't paying attention and I ran into someone. I looked up and noticed that that someone had big red puffy eyes. They were sniffinling alot. It seemed as if they were crying, just like me.
"Im sorry miss." the man apologized. "I-Its fine. Are you okay?" I asked. I really dont know why i asked that question but i just.. did. I felt like I had to."Y-yea everythings fine. What happened to you? If you dont mind telling me i would like to know." he asked. We walked over to the bench and i started telling the stranger whats wrong.
"Well you see, my favorite youtuber, Markiplier, just said hes quitting youtube and I dont know why. Hes helped a lot of people, including me. Before i saw his videos i was depressed but something about him just made me smile. And now hearing that something is wrong with him it just hurts me. I mean I don't hate him for leaving, he has a life, his own problems. I think I just rely on him too much" I softly chuckled at the end. Silence was the only thing that replied; the stranger was taking it all in. "Well maybe hes going through a lot and just needs a brake". Thats when it hit me. The red hair and that soothing voice. It was him. My idol. Markiplier.
