Are you real? I don't know if you are really real. You talk to me, you make me laugh, you make me cry, but you're never there when I need you. You never understand me and you never listen. I listen to you so why don't you listen to me?
She wrote down.
"Honey dinner is ready!" Her mother yelled.
"Okay! I'll be down in a minute!" She yelled. She closed the book that she had been writing in. She sighed.
"I wish I could tell you what I write in this book."
She opened her bedroom door and ran down the steps seeing her mom at the table. Her mother looked up and smiled at her.
"After dinner we are going to the hospital." Her mother informed her.
"Oh. Do I really have to get tested again?" She asked
"Yes of course! You don't want what happened to your grandmother to happen to you." Her mother said with a hint of worry in her voice.
"Okay mom." She said and that was the last thing that was said the rest of dinner.
After dinner she ran back up stairs. She still had a little time before she had to go to the hospital.
You never care if I get sick. Are you real? Are you a real friend?
She quickly shut her book and stuffed it in to her bag. She went down stairs and got in to her moms car. Her mom started the car and drove off. She put her elbow on the side of the door and put her head in her hand and look out the window. She thought of her friend, but then she shook her head, the last person she wanted to think of was her.
