prologue
It was a very hot afternoon in January .Mrs scarlet had just been discharged and Mr jack and Aria took her home .Mrs scarlet seemed a bit happy to be back home ,then Mr jack got into one of his bad moods
"Scarlet I need I need coffee now!!!" He said with a frown on his face that always made Aria laugh ."but dad ,mum just came back from the hospital ,you just can't tell her to do things like that" Aria said ,"she's already discharged and has gotten better ,so I don't see any reason why she can't make me coffee"he started getting mad with anger ."but dad she just did an operation ......."
"........that was five days ago "he cut in ,"even though ,doc said she needs rest and she shouldn't do a single damn thing"she began to shout "if its coffee you want ,I'll make it for you ,but don't stress mum" he gave her a sound slap that sent Aria to the ground
"How dare you talk to me like that ,just cause you're 17,I'm sure its your mother that's been teaching to disobey me " Mrs Scarlet ran and hugged Aria who was already crying "how can you be so cruel,she's the only flesh and blood you've got ,if you want coffee ,I'll make it for you !"she said in rage and with that he also gave her a sound slap "don't you dare talk to me like that ,if not that you've just done an operation I would have given you scars ,and forget about your rotten coffee ,I don't need it any more "and with that he went to his room ,"mum are you alright" Aria asked with tear filled eyes ,"don't worry about me I'm alright ,I'm so sorry sweetie"
"Its OK mum"she said forcing a smile "besides ,this isn't the first time I've taken a beaten from dad for you "Scarlet looked into Aria's sad blue eyes ,she saw how pure her daughters heart was even in the mist of darkness she felt really sorry for Aria ,"Aria"she said softly ,"yah mum". "Let's go outside for a walk "they got outside ,"Aria I pray you find the love and fun you never got,and am sure it will be magical "
"Sure mum,I guess so "she raised her eyes to the sky "you know mum ,I love the sky ,like i've got a connection with it"she said and looked at her mum who wore a knowing smile "always be good OK no matter what happens"suddenly she feels a sharp pain and screams ,"mum!"helps her into her room "Aria,they're coming "she said as she lay down on the bed ,"who" she raised her brows "them"she said ,"dad!!!"Mr jack got downstairs and saw his wife and was shocked "scarlet!!"he ran to her "wait here I'll go get doc"Scarlet Wanted to stop him but jack was already out of sight "Aria take this quickly ,you'll need it"she gives her a sliver crucifix which she quickly wears on her neck "you have to be careful ,the crucifix should protect you to some extent "She looks at her daughter and saw the light in her ,she raises her hands to touch her daughters face "Aria ,no matter what ,always know that you have a light in you "she smiled "mum stop this ,you're not gonna die OK,don't scare me ,dads gonna get doc and you're gonna get better k"she said with tears welling up in her eyes,suddenly she hears her dad screaming in pain,"dad!!"she got up about to leave but mum held her back"no Aria,come before its too late"she touches Arias face and mutters some words then she suddenly gets a slight headache and her eyes flash green,then her mother smiled "it has been done","mum what just happened "she got scared "all in good time Aria"she was getting cold "mum don't die,please"tears wear falling from her eyes but still forced a smile "we've been through the storms in this house together ,we had good times even if dad was always a joy kill to me ,you always made me smile ,so please don't go ,please"her mother smiled "though we may be far but our hearts are always near ,if you ever miss me ,just look up in the sky and you'll see me waving at you "Mr jack suddenly rushes in soaked in blood "dad ,oh my goodness ,what happened"she rushes to him"what happened"looking at her dad who had almost no life left in him "I was going downstairs and suddenly something came from my back and knocked me down ,and I saw a hedious creature with horns almost everywhere,it could on both fours and twos ,it started bitting me,they're two of them"he said breathlessly "why does this have to happen to us"
"Aria come dear"Aria comes closer to her mum and her mother uses a razor to cut her skin and blood drips out and she mutters something,"oww,what was that for and what's going on ,what dad said can't be true right"
"Aria you need to learn to forgive no matter what "suddenly something starts banging on the door,"mum ,I'm scared"she hugged her mother and she looked into her daughters eyes that suddenly brought her peace ,she lifted her hands and held her daughters face and smiled ,"I love you always unleash your power from within"Aria starts crying "stop it mum,please"
"Aria",her voice grew faint and Aria her head to hear what she was sating"A...N..D..R..E "Aria looked at her mother in a very confused way"Andre?"her mother muttered some words and Aria slowly started too disappear from her legs upwards "what's happening mum"suddenly the two creatures that Arias dad saw burst in through the door,Aria was scared ,one went to her dad and devoured him,Aria was shocked and she saw one going towards her mother "no stop,leave her alone"but the creatures had already started to devour her from the legs,her mother looked at Aria and smiled and muttered some words and a sign appeared on the side of Arias right hand ,and the side of her stomach"Aria I love you,Always"with that she gave a loud cry and she died,then the creatures ripped her flesh and spilt her room with blood,Arias heart was sunken and sad ,her mind went through a quick flashback of her parents"mum,dad"she starts crying,the creatures spotted her and ran towards her but she had already vanished completely .
