"Um I'm gonna miss you. You know that right?", I said trying not to cry,but how could I not he was leaving.

"Yeah, and I'll miss you too.", he said hugging me and wiping my tears away."I'll be off then. Bye."

"Alaska! Alaska!Hey wake up!

"Huh oh sorry what is it Crysta ?",I asked while I was picking up my school stuff, and while Crysta was staring at me.

"You were dreaming about him again weren't you. Oh Alaska I'm sure he hasn't forgotten about you.I don't think anyone can.",Crysta said trying to cheer me up while we walked down the hallway to our lockers."look Alaska I know you've been in love with him for along time, I'm sure he'll be back before you know it!"

I've been in love with him for 12 years he was my best friend.He always knew how to put a smile on my face, he was funny, smart and just everything I could ask for; but who knows he could probably have a girlfriend by now.Why would I say that maybe cuz its been 3 years now since I haven't seen him.
I just turned 17 and I've had a couple guys at school who's tried to ask me out but I always seem to not be interested in them cuz my heart still belongs to someone else.

Back at home

"hey Alaska something came in the mail that's for you from Tyler. Come get it!", my mom shouted to me to hear from my room upstairs. Once I heard the name Tyler I went running down the stairs to go get the letter and ran quickly back upstairs to my room to read it. I started opening the envelope and started reading then stopped and picked up the picture that he put in it of him and this really pretty girl.

The letter:

Alaska how have you been since these 3 years ,you're probably wondering how I've been. Well I've been great I have a new girlfriend we've been together for a year now ,so I'm pretty sure you have a boyfriend now cuz knowing you no one can get tired of you. Well I'll be moving back to California and in school on January 4th of 2016. Can't wait to see you and meet your boyfriend .

All I could do was cry from being Broken Hearted by the one person I loved that would be coming back to see me and the boyfriend I don't have in 4 days. I've been heart broken before but this one hurt like hell!

All I did the rest of that day was stay in my room ,cry and listen to songs about people not giving a shit. My mom would ask if I was coming down for dinner but I just said I wasn't hungry and then just ended up falling asleep.

January 4th 2016

I went to school really early and waited by a big oak tree that's infront of my school where I knew this guy named Eren who always sat to read. Ok so today is the day Tyler is coming to school and is expecting me to have a boyfriend while he shows off his girlfriend to me. Anyways Eren he's a really nice guy and let me say he's actually kinda hot if you stare at him for a while and he's not just known to like books he's also known to be good at pranks, but he'll only help if you do his homework for a week. All right 'lets do this.' I said to myself as I walked towards him." Hey Eren I have a favor to ask yo-"

"Let me guess you need help to do a prank on your ex boyfriend. Cuz if that's the case then that will be two weeks of homework.", Eren said closing his book and turned to look at me.

"Actually it's not quite a prank it's more of asking if you could be my fake boyfriend to get him jealous. And I'll do your homework til he graduates. Which is seven months.", I said crossing my fingers behind my back.

"Hmm no ones ever asked me that before...seven months of homework hmm alright you gotta deal.When do I start. Uh what's your name?"

"Alaska. And you start today. Or more like right now.", I said seeing Tyler and his girlfriend getting out of a car walking towards me and Eren.

" Wait that's your ex boyfriend. Tyl- mmm...", Eren was saying until I shut him up by kissing him and had my arms wrapped around his neck and he surprisingly played along really well by putting his hands on my waist and I pulled away quickly from someone saying...

"Alaska?" It was him Tyler and his girlfriend beside him holding his hand that'slut'( JK).

"Did you just call me a SLUT!", Tyler's girlfriend said. Wait oh Shit I said that out loud didn't I.Eren on the other hand started chuckling and pulled me closer to his side with his hand on my hip. Tyler just looked surprised at me and joined in laughter with Eren. I quickly said,

" No,no, not you slut. That girl over there slut." she turns to look at my best friend Crysta and again I yelled slut to Crysta. She just looked at me like 'uh me?' and I just mouthed to her 'meet you in the bathroom'. And this is why she's an amazing friend she pretends to go run to the bathroom like her feelings were hurt. Tyler's girlfriend looks back at me and just smiles,

"oh well nice to meet you uh?"

"Alaska. Alaska Jones and you are?", I asked with a smile and she replied with,

"Rachel Bloom."

"Alaska is this your boyfriend?", Tyler asked with his hand out to shake Eren's and in return Eren shakes it and says,

"Yeah. The name's Eren Rogers. We've been together for 2 years now.", Eren said as he finished off his sentence by giving me a peck on the forehead. I was surprised he said we'd been together for two years like he's planed what to say this whole time. Well I am doing his homework for seven months strait.
