I rather enjoyed my trips down to earth. Despite my brothers objections I liked to hop down and cause havoc. I'd found a little town that really had enough problems as it was but I really couldn't resist sticking my foot in now and then.
It goes by 'Gotham' I believe.
However when I arrived today- wearing my sharpest pinstripe suit- everything seemed oddly calm. i didn't like it
Joker PoV
Average day, average night. I hide, I scheme, I cause havoc here and there. Of course with the old bat dead there wasn't really anything to do. I'd thought of taking my own life but really, where's the fun in that?
Something felt off this evening, too calm, too quiet. I decided to take a stroll under the cover of ally ways -avoiding the lights and cameras littering Gotham's streets. No really came down this part of town anymore. and those who do, wouldn't cross me. if they have half a brain at the least.
I heard screams.
I didn't remember telling my legs to move but i found myself sprinting toward the sound. To help them? dear lord no, to get involved!
