This story tells about a girl & a boy who met in high school & how they managed to make it through their relationship. They met in 11th grade. Her name was Shalaya ,but everybody knew her as tootie. She was 16, very stubborn. Her dad left when she was 9. Since then, she never really felt the need to love. Tootie was always popular & came off as a hardcore & strong person with an i dont care attitude. Him?... His name was Dre. He was a drug dealer. Never met his daddy, and his mama was dead so he never really felt the need to love either. Had 2 brothers , and a sister. Dre was well respected & everyone knew him. Though Tootie & Dre went to the same school (Barksdale High) they never bumped into each other. Here is how it all started.
