It's Not Goodbye, It's See You Later

I woke up to Klaus moving around on the bed. I open my eyes and sit up to stretch. "Morning, love." He says leaning over the bed and kissed me. "Good morning, Klaus." I say. He's already half dress in his pants he had on from yesterday. "When are you leaving?" He asked me as I walked to my restroom with my cover the from my bed. "It depends on Christian." I say brushing my teeth.

I feel him come up from behind me and wrap his hands around my waist. "Are you sure can't stay, love? I'll miss you to much." He says in my neck. I turn and put my arms around around his neck. "Klaus, I have too. She's my family. If you miss me just call me or even better. Us your new found werewolf ability." I say peck him on the lip. I let go and walk to my closet and pull out my outfit for the day. "Now go. I have to take a shower and get dressed." I say pushing him out the bathroom. "Can I join you, love?" He asked with a smirk and raised eyebrow. I shake my head. "No. We had our fun last night plus if you do it would just take me longer." I say pecking his lips then closing the door in his face.

I hear him laugh and walk to my bed. I run the water and step into the shower. I wash my hair and body. When I step our, I dry myself off and blow dry my hair. I slip on my undergarments and put on my clothes. When I walk out, I put on my jewelry and light makeup. I do my hair then walk over to the edge of my bed and slip on my boots.

"You ready?" I asked holding my hand out. He looks confused. "They know your here. Lucy walk in last night to see if I was ok and saw you." I say. He nods and gets ups to grab my hand. We walk outside my room and down the stairs to the kitchen. Everyone's their eating breakfast. They look up at us. Christian looks shock while Lucy smiled.

"How'd you get in?" He asked. "CJ's window's always open." He says looking at me. Ranger hopes down from his chair and walks over to me. I pick him up. "Hey Rang." He smiles then looks at Klaus. "Hi Klaus. What are you doing here?" He says. Klaus looks at me for an answer. "Don't you remember, hun? He's my boyfriend." I tell Ranger and he nods and smiles. Behind him, Christian is fake gaging while Lucy playfully hits him. "Would you want to eat breakfast with us, Klaus?" Lucy ask getting him a coffee.

We ate in awkward silence until everyone was finished eating. We get up and walk to the door and outside to the car, getting ready to leave. I hug Lucy and Rang. "Bye you guys." Lucy says pulling us in a hug. I shake my head. "No. It's not goodbye, Luc. It's see you later." I say pulling from the hug. I walk over to Klaus and look at him. He smiles and pulls me into a hug. "I'm gonna miss you, love." He says rubbing my back. I pull away and grab his face, smashing my lips to his. He starts to kiss back. After awhile, we pulled away as our foreheads touch.

"I will miss you too. You'll see me again. I promise." I say stoking the side of his face. "I love you, CJ." He says. I smile. "I love you too, Klaus." I say as a tear slides down my face. I wipe it away and pull him into another hug. I let go and walk to my brother's car. I open the door and get in. He gets in the passenger seat and rolls down the window.

"You guys stay safe." He tells Lucy and Ranger. They nod there heads and smile with tears in their eyes. I lean my head over a little to look out the window. "Yeah. And you stay out of trouble." I say pointing at Klaus. He smirks. "I can't make any promises, love." I roll my eyes and we laugh as Christian rolls back up the window and start to head down the road. I wipe another tear and fell my brother's hand squeezes mine.

"Don't worry. We'll find Liza and will come back to our family." He says. I smile and look out the window and the scenery goes by, passing the infamous 'Welcome to Mystic Falls' sign.
