"Why do Spiders Sound so Familiar?"

“Children first, it seems” Kakashi muttered.

He made it as close as he could.

A kid spotted him and Kakashi put a finger to his lips.

The kid nodded.

Kakashi pointed to his headband and the kids face lit up.

The adult ninja motioned for the kid to come to him quietly.

The kid nodded and looked around for making his way to Kakashi.

“You’re safe now. I’m going to teleport you to some of my friends. Stay with them” Kakashi explained.

The kid nodded and Kakashi teleported him.

Kakashi repeated the steps he just took over and over again.

THE CLEARING

 

A kid appeared in the middle of the clearing.

Hitomi ran forward and went to check him over.

“He’s fine!” she called as another few kids appeared.

She checked them over before sending them to Kiba who had water and some food.

He gave each person a bit of bread and a cup of water.

“This is just for now” he said.

The kids nodded before walking over to Choji and Neji who were handing out sleeping bags and blankets.

Shikamaru was watching everything fold out.

“Something doesn’t seem right” he muttered.

“What are you talking about Shikamaru?” Kiba asked.

“They’re only kids. Unless they were in a separate isolation place, then Darci obviously wanted them out first. But by the rate they are appearing its only one person teleporting them here. So both Darci and Kakashi sensei are in different parts of the village or something has happened to one of them” Shikamaru calculated.

Neji walked over to Shikamaru.

“Darci told Kakashi sensei to leave her if she was captured. I think Darci has been captured” Neji said.

“I think your right Neji” Shikamaru said.

“WHAT! We need to go get her” Kiba said.

“No Kiba! Darci said she would get herself out. I don’t want to just stand here and do nothing and I’m not. I’m going to do something about it” Shikamaru said.

“Let me go in there and get her back” Kiba begged.

“No Kiba. Not you. I think Neji should go in. He can find Darci with his Byakugan. They could trick you by placing Darci’s scent in a different place to where she actually is” Shikamaru said.

“You better find her Neji and you better bring her back alive and unharmed” Kiba growled.

“I’ll do my best” Neji said.

“Take a radio and keep in contact. Don’t tell Kakashi you’re going in” Shikamaru said.

Neji nodded before he set off.

He got to the village and scanned the area.

He found a route with no guards.

Neji managed to get into the castle.

He found Darci within seconds.

She was awake and glaring at five people.
