(Halleys POV)
I woke up to the song Santa Clause Is Coming To Town and couldn't be more confused I looked over to see Ashton deep in slumber and his arm draped around me I had my head laying on his shoulder. I didn't want to wake him up so I decided to just stay on the couch with him and he can wake up on his own. I looked around and found a clock it read 11:08 which was early for me. I glanced over to find my mom singing have a holly jolly Christmas and dancing around putting up decision. Just then I remembered that their were 26 days till Christmas! Wow I need to start Christmas shopping. Time passes and Ashton finally wakes up, it was about 11:24 now, wow I forgot how much he liked to sleep. "Morning" Ashton said in his sleepy morning voice  but he was smiling at the same time. "Morning, so you wanna go and get breakfast or something?" I asked smiling. "Yeah, I'm kinda hungry." He replied "okay then let's go get food!" I replied getting a laugh from Ashton. As we got up and headed to the kitchen, the music got louder and I walked in to the kitchen only to find my mom singing very loud and dancing like a fool to rocking around the Christmas tree, I  couldn't believe what you were seeing. Finally I decided to make my presence noticed "Good morning mom, your in a Christmas mood I see." I lightly laughed as I seen my moms face turn pink "Well, it is only 26 days till Christmas and so I thought we should decorate for it," mom paused " but look up, what are you and Ashton standing under?" My mom slightly smirked at the sight. When we were young everybody was convinced that we would get married especially my mom. I looked up only to find that me and Ashton were standing under mistletoe, yes mistletoe how convenient right. Ashton was now looking at me and I could feel my cheeks turn bright red, he was smiling, what a beautiful smile he had. What am I thinking he would never like me and plus we have a good friendship and that would be way two risky, no just no it will never happen, plus even if I did like him he is way out of my limit. I stood on my toes and kissed his cheek lightly. "What was that?" My mom asked "A kiss, what else would it be?" I replied "That was not a kiss, come on" she replied clearly agitated, I never was one to chase boys or go out on dates, plus my mom was convinced that I was going to marry Ashton. I was ripped from my thoughts when I felt a hand pulling my chin up and before I could proses what was happening a pair of lips where on mine moving perfectly together. The kiss was full of passion and it kinda made me wonder if he thought the same thing that my mom thought that we where meant to be together, I quickly got that thought out of my head "well isn't that sweet." My mom said causing us to pull away. Is it bad that o wanted that to last longer?
