Chapter 24

I felt my phone vibrate in my hand. I quickly looked at it to see Calum had texted me.

Calum: I heard about your mum. I'm sorry Ev's. See you in 4 days xx

Me: Can't wait to see you. x

Calum: Michael is going crazy here without you. Management made a restriction of us talking to you but I'm going against it now. I feel bad xx

Me: I understand, I'm at calling hours now see you soon Cal x

I quickly undid Stacy car seat buckles and my own, before carrying her into the church where my moms Calling hours were being held. I stared at all the people. Their had to be about 200 people here already, most of them I knew. Others I had no idea who they were. Probably friends mom and dad met along the way... Or people who went to this church.

"You must be Eva." A man greeted me placing a hand on my shoulder. I nodded and he gave me a small smile. "I'm sorry about your mom. I'm the Pasteur here, my name is Bob."

"Thank you for holding this here Pasteur Bob. She was a lovely women." I managed to say.

We talked for a bit longer until Stacy started getting uncomfortable. "Eva lets go meet more people." She whispered in my ear. I smiled agreeing with her. We moved on meeting a lot of knew people.

Amy, Cara, Sasha, Jerry, Sammy, Paul, Gary were some people I met. Well kids I met. They were all my age, so I decided to stick with them. Stacy was opening up around them which I found cute.

"I'm really sorry about your mum." Cara said giving me a hug. Right now Paul was holding Stacy and Boston was over here talking to Gary about water guns. I smiled hugging her back. "I lost my mum a year ago, so I know how it feels. If you ever need someone to talk to I'm here for you okay?"

"Okay, I'm sorry about your mom." I said. She shrugged and grinned at me.

"She went to church here. She always told us about you. We've waited for the day to meet you, we just didn't mean for it to be like this." Sasha said while eating some grapes. "She's such a lovely lady."

"Thanks guys. Could I get your numbers, like I know we just met today but.." I trailed off biting my lip.

"Of course!" They chorused. I smiled as I passed my phone around.

I met Amber earlier. She was such a beautiful lady. She had naturally brown curly hair, and blue eyes. She reminded me of Beau a lot to be honest. Darcy also had greeted me earlier. She brought her little brother Dustin, and her little sister Nancy, with her. I must say Boston and Nancy hit it off. They were both the same age. Darcy and I agreed to set them up on a 'play date' while Boston was still here in Australia.

"Here you go babe." Jerry said handing me my phone back. "We also put our twitter names in their to so maybe you can follow us Ms. Popular." He joked.

Paul handed Stacy back to me. Her little head nuzzled into my neck, and within seconds she fell asleep. I let a little 'aww' sound escape my lips before looking back up at Paul. "I'm not that popular. I mean One Direction follows me on twitter and I don't even know them. Then 5 Seconds of Summer and the Janoskians follow me.... Their like my best friends. Then some friends back in England, other than that I'm a loser." The girls laughed. Jerry rolled his eyes.

"Please babe. You can sing. You've got a fan base. Your popular."

"A fan base of 100 people. That's not that much, maybe I'm a tad bit popular, but it's never going to my head. I'm always going to be the same me." I stated winking at him. He laughed and walked away finding his family again. The others and I talked for a while until people started going home.

Darcy was meeting me back at my house later on to spend the night. She pretty much has a room at my house now anyways, dad doesn't care if I have friends over. I have the whole floor to myself!

I ran to the door as the person kept knocking. I knew it was Ari because she kcocks the same way everytime. But when I opened the door I found Luke...

"I'm sorry I really am. I never should of said it was a mistake. I just think of you as my sister and I can't believe I kissed you, although your a good kisser and everything but I-" I cut Luke off by hugging him.

"It's okay Lukey, I forgive you. Now you need to leave. I am having Darcy over and we are having an all girls night tonight. And I'm pretty sure your a guy." I giggled as he frowned at me. We said our see you laters and he left. Once I closed the door their was a knocking again. I giggled opening the door to be met by Darcy.

"SUPERPOPS!" She yelled attacking me into a bear hug. I laughed hugging her back.

"BABYCAKEZ!" I mimicked her. We fell on the floor laughing. Eventaully we made it to my floor, and ended up in the game room watching The Notebook.

She cried...

I just sat their. Watching every single move and stuff. I didn't cry. It was sad, but I never cried watching this.

I ended up grabbing some ice cream and we ate it. Then I grabbed some sodas. We ened up passing out on the loveseats. Her on the right side of the room. Me on the left side of the room.

We probably looked drunk, but it was like 5am....
