The Bite

Surprise!

I was walking home, like any other night, and decided to take a shorter route to my house. I work 17 miles from my house and usualy walk home because i have to keep my body in shape for cheerleading being caotian and all. I turned down the path that led to the street 3 blocks from mine when i heard a rustle in the bushes. i thought nuthing of it because, its windy, so bushes are gonna move. I decided to keep it safe and walk a little faster. i heard footsteps behind me and whipped around to find no one behind me. Great.. Creepy night with imaginary people following me. Fantastic. I turned back around to see a large man stand in front of me with a perfect grin of his face. "Hello there, Aeli." He said softly. I was taken aback and looked into his fully black eyes. "How do yu know my name?" I asked blankly. "Dont ask questions." He barked. i heard a low growl in his throut. "Who are yu?" I asked then covered my mouth. "I said dont ask questions!" He growled then pounced on top of me. Large white fangs poked out of his gums and i held back a scream. "Wha....." Before i could finish, he sank his teeth into my neck and i felt every muscle in my body tingle and go numb. He stood up and whipped my blood from the corner of his lips. "Very nice... Now just sleep.. And i will see yu again soon.... Very soon." The last words rolled off his toung like a prr from a cat as he whispered it into my ear. The last thing i remember was seeing his walk away each foot step echoing in my mind as everything began to go dark. Then nuthing....

I woke up to the sound of cars driving past. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I looked around and saw i was on a small spot of land between my block and the road. I stood up and saw i had no way of crossing. i walked to the side and waved to a the drivers to have them stop. one did stop and motioned me to cross. I thanked him and ran acrossed the road. I looked back and saw confuzion in the mans eyes. i looked around and saw a bunch of dust float away and leaves gentaly fall back to the ground. What the? I nodded at the guy and walked towards my house. I smelled something strange in the air. Something like metal. I walked closer and saw a small dot of crimson colored liquid on the ground. I smelled it and my heart pounded with joy. What was happening to me? I stepped inside with a little to much force for the door flew off its hinges and onto the ground. "Mom?" I called out. Nuthing. The smell was getting worse and made my stomach scream from hunger. It hurt so bad. I felt a terrable pain in my jaw as two very sharp teeth replaced my K-9s. "What the hell?!" I yelled out loud. I followed the smell ignoring my brain for saying this was all a dream. How could this be? Yu only saw stuff like this in movies? I walked down out long hallway into my mothers bed room. As i opened the door and peered inside i gasped at what i saw before my eyes....

I walked inside and gasped at the horror in front of me. my mothers body was laying acrossed my couch, two identical holes in her neck. I touched my neck and found the same holds in my neck.

"Mom?..... Mom!" I screamed as i ran to her.

"Mom get up! Yu cant just lay here! Mom! Ma.....Mom...." i cried into her soft brown hair.

"Mom... Please come back to me. You cant leave me like this! I am 17.... Mom! I need you!"

Each cry was useless. I knew she was gone but didnt want to give up.

"Mom! Please! Dont do this! Dont leave me!"

I screamed to the ceiling. Wanting her to come back. Who ever did this would pay. An eternal suffering for taking my only life sorce from me. The only living thing i had left. They would pay. They would wish they were never born.

"I promise yu mom. I will find who did this to yu and i will make then beg for mercy! I will never stop untill i do. I swear to yu mother."

I walked out the door and stopped in the middle of our yard. I felt my whole body explode with pain. I screamed and dropped to my knees. I touched the side of my neck and instantly felt more pain shoot through my whole body. I winced at the pain and tried to stand up with no success. I fell back to my knees and doubled over in pain. I let out another scream. Then everything went black again.
