Before the world meeting:
Scotland, Ireland, Prussia, and Iceland, including Mr. Puffin, switches the usual music for world meetings to the Nyan Cat song, and they sit down in their usual spots (Mr. Puffin being on Iceland's shoulder), waiting for the other countries to arrive for the world meeting that is hosted by Romano and Turkey, while Poland, and Egypt sat down and waiting for the world meeting to start.
When Romano and Turkey turn on the music, Nyan Cat started to play. The countries danced to it so hard, they made internet selfie memes of themselves with the picture of Nyan Cat in each of the internet selfie memes that every country in the world meeting had made. Romano and Turkey were annoyed but they were lucky that they brought earplugs in case of music that annoys the both of them.
The world meeting turned into a Nyan Cat dance where the song was on repeat for 10 hours until it was time to go home, The countries that watched the Nyan Cat video were so proud of the countries that switched the boring music to the Nyan Cat song, and gave them free hugs!!!!!!
