"Cassidy wake up you gotta have breakfast"

"You need to! so your baby can be healthy"

I finally got up and went to the bathroom in 15 minutes i went down for breakfast, and as soon as I did the whole place became quiet.

Ever since I found out i was almost 3 months pregnant 2 weeks ago things have been like that. My parents didnt like the fact that i was pregnant because they say that im too young and im not married plus my boyfriend lives about a 6 hour plane ride away. So they don't talk to me very much. And my elder brother Scott wouldn't dare to even look into my eyes because as what he says hes very disappointed in his 'little sister'.

I didn't find it that of a big deal cuz i wasn't even that young im 17 but because the father of my baby lives far from me it is kind of a big deal. It got a bit Awkward so i got my phone to check my messages. I had 5; 3 from my bestfriend Eric, 2 were from my other bestfriend Caleb who happens to be Eric's boyfriend. But none from my boyfriend, Mark. it kind of hurt me. He barely talks to me. He doesn't call a lot, mostly through text messages.

When I found out i was pregnant the first person i told was Mark. I expected him to be really excited or move to here California with me. But all i got was "really? That's amazing!" And he didn't even sound excited! Heck, who would be excited to be a father at the age of 17? Oh well, things don't always go the way we planned or expected.

Both Eric and Caleb were asking about how I was, and why have i skipped school for the past 3 days. They both knew i was pregnant i skipped school cuz i couldn't stand all the talks about me and those rumors that our school's jerk ass Sam fucked me and got me pregnant, not to mention 2 girls who happen to be one of the people Sam fucked threatened me to stay away from him.

On the bright hand it was March! 3 months till summer. And 6 months till my baby was born. At first i was scared when I found out! i was gonna get an abortion as soon as possible but when I talked to mark he told me that there's no need for that, and that after we graduate high school we'll live together and raise him together. Sometimes I regret it, he barely talks to me, sometimes he doesn't answer my phone calls and he never really text me unless I text him first.

"Sorry dad i was talking to Caleb"

And the rest of meal went by with awkward silence. A little while later i received a text from Eric saying he'll drop by later!
