? POV
I opened the door to the janitor's closet hoping that he had left the room. When I glanced around I saw a girl slouched against the wall staring at the empty air where I assumed where Chris teleported.
"What are you doing here?!" I yelled. She looked at me with fearful and apologetic eyes "sorry" she said before scrambling out of the closet.
I looked around for any clues that Chris was there before shutting the door. I'd have to warn him about the girl because apparently he forgot to erase her memories and I can't do it because I don't know how much to erase.
Veronica's POV
"Hello class we have a new student here today" the teacher said with a little too much enthusiasm.
"Now would you please introduce yourself to the class?" the teacher said in that annoying little voice.
"Hi, my name is Veronica. My favorite color is blue and I love pizza." I said in a sarcastic tone with a fake smile on my face.
Man I hated being the new girl all the time even if I had done so many times I could guess exactly what the teacher would say next.
"You may take your seat in the back of the class" teach said even though I was vaguely listening. I looked at my seat and saw that this hot guy was right next to me.
I walked to my seat and was tripped by this girl who looking at her perfectly manicured finger saying "Sorry loser" at that the whole classroom starting laughing. All except him.
This type of treatment I was used to because the guys at my previous all thought I was hot so they always followed my where ever I went. Because of this all the girls immediately started to hate me and tried to bully me. Keyword: tried
I looked at the girl's leg and stomped on it. She yelped and moved her leg glaring at me. Oh and I have this really bad trait that causes me to get even with anyone who does me wrong.
I smiled at her sweetly and kept on walking to my seat. I dare her to try that again because next time I will make her so embarrassed that she would never want to show her face at school ever again.
I was so wrapped up in my thoughts that I almost forgot about that sitting next to me. I felt someone's gaze and turned to see him staring at me. I blushed "What is your name?" I asked getting nervous. "Frederick" he said in such a husky way that I thought something was wrong with him.
After class Frederick offered to walk to me to my next class. I couldn't pass up such an offer so I decided to let him escort me around the school. "Where did you move from?" he asked looking genuinely interested. I eyed him suspiciously and said "Well Fred, I can call you Fred right?" he nodded.
"I just moved from Washington but I've also been from Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, New Jersey, Hawaii, and some foreign countries" I said with an arrogance that is probably the size of the grand canyon.
He bobbed his head like he was trying to figure something out. I let him think about it before I started to look around the halls for Christopher, hoping I wouldn't have to ever see him again.
When I looked behind me I ran into somebody dropping all of my books. I mumbled a sorry and started picking up my books.
Fred was helping me pick up my books when I saw another pair of hands. I peeked up a little and saw Chris.
