After a half an hour a door slammed open upstairs,"Goldie, were home! Now give me my pizza!!" It sounded female,"Chill out mica." Another female seems to be there to,"Hey sapphire, can we play hide and seek again?" 'Is there a kid here?' "Fine, 1..2..3.." someone started counting, it sounded like three kids started laughing and ran around.
I heard a whisper outside goldies door,"I'm going to hide in here, go find another place to hide, neo." A kid with short brown hair, very dark brown eyes opened the door, he seen me,"Who are you?.." he seemed scared I tried calming him down,"I'm ruby, and you are?" He rubbed his arm,he mumbled so I didn't hear him,"I'm sorry, I didn't hear you. Speak a little louder please." I smiled a little at him, he didn't smile back,"I-I'm

"Umm... 21?" He shrugged, I laughed,"That was the wrong answer, but you can still help." I sat him down on my lap,"Yay!" He smiled. I took a moment to study him, he was wearing a black T-shirt with two grey lines on it, it matches with his lightish grey shorts,"Can I draw a fox?" He grabbed my pencil,"Not on my work, but draw it on this." I passed him a piece of paper,"Ok." He jumped off my lap and started drawing.
After five minutes I was almost done my homework and Alex pipped up,"Done!" He held up the drawing, it looked really good for someone who is so young,"Thats really good Alex, good job!" I smiled at him, he smiled back,"Thanks, Ender showed me how to draw animals better." Then someone opened the door,"I found you, Alex!" A boy said happily, I turned to look at him, he had dark blue hair, light blue skin and he had blue eyes. It seems he didn't notice me yet,"And alex, it's time to eat." Alex got up and walked past him,"Ok, sapphire." 'Sapphire' noticed me," Who are you?","I'm ruby." I said calmly,"How did you get here?" He looked a little confused,"I was lost in the storm and I found this place, now goldie is letting me stay here for the night." I explained a bit,"Ok, then wanna join us?" He pointed upstairs,"Sure, I guess." I followed him up stairs to the dining room, there was lots of people there. Everyone looked at me,"Umm...Hi?" I said a little nervous,"Who Is that sapphire?" A girl with white skin and short light pink hair asked,"That is ruby, she is staying the night." Goldie walked into the dining room,"Fine." A girl said without emotion,Goldie pipped up,"Anyway ruby, I'll introduce everyone." He smiled,"That's neo and leo." He pointed to two little kids with brown hair, they wore the same exact thing but different colors,"That's mica and mia." He pointed to girls with yellow skin and slightly lighter yellow hair,"That's bunny and bunzy." He pointed to two boys, one had dark blue skin and dark purplish blue hair, the other had light blue skin and slightly lighter blue hair,"That's freddy and fred." He pointed to two boys, they both had brown skin and brown hair, but one had lighter brown skin and hair,"That's mang-mange and foxy."
He pointed to the girl with the white skin and short pink hair, the other was a boy with red skin and darker red hair,"That's mari and vinncy.", "Stop calling me vinncy!" A man with dark purplish blue skin and purple hair yelled at goldie,"Calm down vince." Someone with black skin and white hair said,"You have already met Alex and sapphire." Goldie spoke up,"So last but not least, that is Ender." He pointed to the girl sitting alone at the end of the table, she had black skin,Her hair was covered by her hood
(I just realised how racist some of that sounds...)
"So now you know everyone, it will be less weird for you, ruby." Goldie smiled at me,"Thanks, but umm...Where do I sit?" I asked,"You can sit next to me." He smiled again then walked over to the two empty seats near ender, I followed. We ate in silence intill neo and leo run up to me,"Hey ruby, since you have to stay the night, Want a balloon?" They said a the same time and held out a red balloon,"No thanks." I smiled at them,"Ok. Ender, will you play with us?" They asked her making puppy eyes,"No." She said with no emotion what so ever,"Please?" They begged,"No." She said again,"Oh please, please, please!" They started whining,"No." 'How does she always say that with no emotion? Is she always like that?' ,"Please ender, Please! Just one game!" They whined more, a knife went through the balloon popping it,"She said no already, so shut up!" Vinncy yelled, neo and leo started crying,"Neo, leo, if you keep crying then it's off to bed." Ender said,"Ok." They both stopped crying and run out of the dining room,"Ender! There's no more pizza!" Mica whined,"I'll go get more." Ender got up and left,"Yay!" Mia and mica cheered,"Calm down." Mari said then they sat still and stopped cheering, I noticed that Mari and ender were wearing a mask, 'why?'
