MUST READ TO UNDERSTAND!!! DON'T WORRY, ITS SHORT.
I could hear screams and arguments erupting back and forth. I locked myself up in my room and leaned against my door. I pulled my knees towards me and rested my chin on my knees. Letting all my tears out. My parents have been arguing non-stop about their jobs. My dad was offered a job in Africa and at the same time, my mother had been offered a job in Europe. Either one of them had to stay behind with me. I can't help but feel like I've caused this to happen. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and interrupt their session of yelling. I yanked open my door and raced down the stairs to the magnificent duo.
"Guys! Enough! You are fighting because of me. Listen, you don't have to worry about me. I'm 18. I can take care of myself. You guys can go pursue and chase your job offers because I have decided to stay with Aunt Jenna for the summer. Then we'll see what happens. Okay?" I finished. My parents had planted surprised looks on their faces. They looked at each other for a few seconds then back to my tear stained face.
"Are you sure dear? Have you checked with Jenna yet?" My mom asked me.
"Yeah, I'm sure. She said yes." I replied.

My alarm shot off playing 'What Do You Mean?'. I groaned as I realised it was time for school. I got ready and made my bed. Now time to pick an outfit. I decided on a white top with bohemian aztec printed shorts and a thin white cardigan. I don't usually curl my hair since it was naturally wavy. I got my bag and left to get breakfast.
I could see mum had already put a bagel and a cup of latte ready for me on the table. I devoured the deliciousness and drove to school.
"Excuse me class but just because it is the last week of school doesn't mean you can just chatter away!" Mrs. Colins yelled.
But everyone just continued to share their plans for summer.
The bell went shortly after that, phew! Can only take a decent amount of time talking about the history of china.
