Hi my name is Isabella Lynn Thorne, but my friends call me Belle. This is my story about me and my ex-BFF Lucy. It all started on November 14, 2012. Our school closed down because it had rats so school was starting today and there was a new student her name is Angelica. Lucy was Angelica’s neighbor when I meet Lucy at school she brought Angelica. She might seem like an angel but she’s not. She’s the opposite of an angel she’s a lizard! I’m not joking. It turned out Angelica (I’m going to call her BO from now on) and I had all the same classes together. Lucy and I only had one class together and that was math. I’m great at spelling and science and pretty much all subjects except for math! It’s insane!!!!!!!! It turns out BO is good at math too so all they talked about at lunch was how many points they got right on their pop quiz and as usual Lucy got an A+ BO got an A+ and me I got a D- - - -. (I told the teacher it wasn’t even a real grade but she didn’t listen.) Lucy asked me what grade I got but I said I didn’t want to brag. Then BO said its okay we don’t mind if you brag a bit too loud. The lunch room became quiet I could feel all eyes staring at our table. I could feel my face turn red. Some boy said are you gonna tell us or not. (He did not do good in grammar.)I said I got a D- - - - under my breath. BO said can you say that again I didn’t hear you? I yelled I got a D- - - - !!!!!!! Ms. Moo the principle walked in and asked Miss Thorne why are you yelling? I replied I… Ms. Moo said detention. I went to the door to go to my locker when I looked at BO and she devilishly smiled at me. Then it hit me I‘m not joking it hit me. A bread roll hit me in the head. I took it to my locker. (The note not bread roll) the note said Lucy is my BFF now not yours so just go back to your home planet on Pluto and make my life easier. I mean it. P.S. you have no proof of who wrote this. I was stunned. BO wrote it but today I saw her writing and I looked like this Hi my name is Angelica and I have two brothers and two sisters. It was all very confused. I saw Lucy without BO and I said want to go to the park with me. She replied I’m going to the mall with Angelica you can come if you want? I replied thanks but no thanks I saw Angelica coming she was not smiling her usual lizard smile. I said I had to go and I rode my bike as fast as I could to my house and crashed into the door literally I ran in it and Angelica saw and she laughed. I just opened the door and stormed in I had to tell someone what happen and so I told my pet goldfish and my sister who’s 14 but she was not listening to me. I wrote a note to my neighbor to ask if she could come over and when she came in. I told her the story. She was stunned then she had to go. Lucy knocked at the door she asked if I wanted to hang out with Angelica and her but I said I have a lot of homework to do. When she left something fell out of her pocket it said to Lucy from Angelica
Please reply dont you think bellas a little weird? I read it. It was in a secret language but I knew how to read it. It said don’t you think Bella is a little weird? That was BO. Lucy replied yeah! shes a total wacko!!! It said Yeah! She’s a total wacko!!! I was hurt. Why would Lucy say that? It was so mean it was pure evil. The next day I saw Lucy and I showed her the note all I said was why? Lucy just stared at the note. She asked me where you find this. I said don’t change the subject. BO came over and handed Lucy a note I saw it. It said never talk to me again. Lucy’s face dropped. I was going to confront her then I remembered the note in my hand. I walked over to BO I said you want to have lunch together? She said yes and I’m sorry. I said everyone’s a little weird but no one’s a wacko. Lucy told us no she yelled at us saying NO ONE NEEDS YOU ANYWAY!!!! Gel (anGELica’s nickname) and I were stunned and guess what, Lucy got detention. At lunch Gel and me sat by ourselves and talked I said Lucy’s not going to let this go. Gel said what do you mean? She’s going to be mean to us or do some evil plan. Gel asked if she’s not sitting with us where is she sitting? We looked and I saw here she was sitting at the cool table! Gel saw to. It was all too fast. I said to no one in particular I liked it when we all got together in preschool. Gel said me too.

Hmmmmm where was I? Oh yeah! The next day Gel and I walked to the bus together. When we got on the bus we saw Lucy at the bus stop. He went on the bus and we did too. When we were on the bus Lucy’s new friends were shaking their heads at Gel and me. I just walked over and sat on a bus seat and ignore everyone except Gel. When we finally got to school I was relived. Then I was walking off the bus and somebody pushed me. Amber (Lucy’s friend) said “oh I’m sooooo sorry.” She was smiling when she said that so I just said it was okay and walked to class like a reasonable person(not really) who doesn’t trip people. When I was in class with Gel I looked at her and she was reading a note. She handed it to me. It said you mess with Lucy you mess with us. From: Amber and company. I stood up went to the trash can and threw it away. At lunch Gel helped me with my math homework. (She already finished her homework) Then a teacher came up to us and said there were 2 new students and they would be sitting with us. I just said “What 3/6 +1/2?” one of the new kids (Ann) said “it equals 1 whole.” I said “thanks.” They sat at our table they were twins the girl was Cheyenne (we call her Ci.) the boy was Peter. Amber walked over. Gel said “What do you want?” Amber just smiled. Ci asked “what was that about?” I told them the story. It turned out Gel, Ci, Ann, and I live on the same block :[). (And Lucy) We went to their house to help unpack and have cookies. (Their mom makes really good cookies.) We went to the park across the street. When we got there Amber and company was there… I walked by like nothing weird happened but it was kind of hard when everyone’s staring at you. Then someone yelled “omg it’s Bella and company!!!!!!!!!” I was like “Bella and company???????????? You mean my friends? They aren’t company they’re companions.” I decided to leave. The next day Amber walked by and pushed me. I fell and tumbled down a hill into a trash can. Amber was laughing her head off. When she looked at me I was trying not to smile. Mrs. Moo was right behind her she was not happy. I didn’t see Amber the whole day. At the end of the day Gel, Ci, Ann, and I were called to the principal’s office. When we arrived Amber, Lucy, and company were there too. On the table were the note Gel wrote to Lucy (in BO 1) and the note Amber and company wrote to Gel and me. The principal asked us to sit down. Amber looked like she was crying; Lucy wasn’t looking anyone in the eye and Amber’s company just looked confused. Mrs. Moo asked us to tell the story. I knew what she meant but I didn’t answer. I knew she asked Amber and Lucy for their side of the story. Gel said “what story?” Mrs. Moo said “Don’t play dumb!” I told her that Ann and Ci had nothing to do with this and she should let them leave. So they went home and I told my side of the story and Gel told her side of the story. Mrs. Moo said “that’s not what amber and Lucy said.” I said “but our side of the story is true.” Gel asked “what did they say?” they said that you called them names like bears. I started to laugh. Mrs. Moo said “this is a serious matter miss Thorne!” I said “I thought you were joking?” Suddenly Amber yelled I lied! What Lucy and I said is all a lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so sorry really I am. She started sobbing. I fell backwards in my chair. And I said “I forgive you.” Gel did too. Amber said you can forgive me after what I did to you. Gel and I said yes at the same time. I yelled “jinx!” She said “rooftops.” Amber, Gel, and I laughed but Lucy looked at Amber and said “why did you tell them that we lied we were this close this close.” Amber said “this close to what?” Lucy said “I don’t know…” And that was that… NOT! We all went to school the next day and people started calling Ci, Pie and called Ann, Pam and Gel was called, Leg and they called Amber, Reb and they called me, Ella even the teachers and principal! It was weird people who didn’t even know me started calling me Ella. Ann did some digging and it turned out that Lucy’s dad was a millionaire and paid the school to start calling us weird names. Weird right? That wasn’t the worst of it though my parents are sending Lucy and me to a summer camp TOGETHER in the same cabin. When my parents told me they said it was a surprise for Lucy and not to tell her. I told my friends at school and they were super sad and sorry for me.
It was the last day of school when someone walked by me and they were talking. One was mad because their parents were sending them to summer camp and it was the same summer camp and the same cabin as Lucy and me.
I was talking to Gel when she told me that she was going to be at the same summer camp as me. We started jumping up and down. I asked what cabin she was in. she said in cabin 7. That was the same cabin as me. We all went to the bus stop where the bus should pick us up. I saw a group of boys. I told Gel “I thought this was an all girls camp.” She said that they weren’t making enough money with all girls so they made it a coed. The bus finally arrived. By the time Gel and I got on the bus there was only the back row where the boys were sitting. They were making farting noises with their armpits. (Gross) They gave us this look like we were crazy. Lucy and the other girl were sitting a few seats ahead of us and I happened to hear that they were making plans to try to make it the worst summer for Gel and me. Sometimes I wonder why I was ever Lucy’s friend. There was one more stop. Only one boy got on and he sat right next to me. Gel elbowed me in the stomach because I was staring at him. I enjoyed the ride to camp mostly because that really cute boy was sitting by me. Gel had to elbow me again because I was drooling. Talk about embarrassing. At camp we all got our cabins. I got top bunk and Gel was under me. Lucy was on the other top. The girl that goes to our school is named Bridget had to go to the bathroom and Gel went to get her other bag out of the bus. Lucy walked over to me and grabbed me by my shirt. I’m taller than her. She said Matt’s mine. He’ll never like you. I said who’s Matt. She replied the boy that sat next to you. Then why was he staring at me. You were staring at him she replied. Then Matt walked in and asked if we had toothpaste and Bridget and Gel were behind him. Lucy went back to her “perfect” self. I tossed him one of my mini toothpastes. (My mom always packs 5.) He said thanks and went back to cabin 6.
