Surviving the Aliens

"An extraterrestial attack is on its way from lightyears away",said the newscaster on May 21,2026

My name is Harry.I am 13 years old.I live in Washinton D.C in the United States of America.When I heard the newscaster say that the alien apocalypse was near,I was worried,BIG TIME.The main reason I was scared was because in science they told us only in the fifth grade that they found life on another planet.

The planet is called "HT-RAE" by the people who found it and are studying it and all the life on it."The life on it is very facinating",informed the fifth grade teacher,"but we know nothing of what they are capable of,therefore we are cautious when we study them with N.A.S.A's extremely powerfull sattelites and telescopes used only for extremely important research"

In the sixth grade the science teacher told us this,"The so called "aliens" are extremely dagerous,and might also be plotting to find life on another planet,just as we have,but that will possibly take many,many years to take place,or not.The "aliens" are so intelligent,they have already designed and built a spacecraft that can travel three times faster than the speed of LIGHT.How cool is that?!"

"Students,we have tried to accomplish this for ages,but we have not been capable of doing so.I think us humans have finally found living creatures that are more powerful,and even more intelligent than we are,and we never thought we would ever do so."

"Now,the "aliens" have also got weapons,of course and we have found out that they are really powerful and dagerous.And we think that when they find us,they WILL attack."

THAT is why I am freaked out.But I know when this day is here,I will be ready.I will study them,and their adaptations and all of their planet,to be 100% ready when the end is here.

May 22,2026 and the newscaster says."Aliens will be within orbit in approximately three weeks.I have that much time to study and be ready.

I looked up HT-RAE on Google and I found out that the aliens are 20 lightyears away,but if they travel at the speed of light,then they"ll probably get here really fast as the N.A.S.A predicts it.I also learned that the aliens don't look like the aliens from the movies,they actually look very identical to humans,the only difference is that their senses are two times better than humans,I thought that was pretty cool.

The aliens have high tech super gadgets and weapons,they are designed to have the power to destroy anything,but the only thing the weapons can't destroy is something called Material XX.I don't even know what that is.

Apocalypse Countdown:13 days to go

Each day I get more and more nervous that I won't live as long as I expected,because of the possible attack.
As far as I know,the aliens are only 12 lightyears away now.I've only got thirteen days to hide and protect myself,and I don't even know what to do.
