I grab my gloves,

Heading to this little place,

I live to call "my stressless arena",

I open the door to the place everyone calls "knuckle up",

I go to the punching bags,

Taking my shirt off,

Leaving me in a sports bra and my favorite black under armour shorts,

I slip my blue everlast brand gloves on,

As I walk more towards the bunching bags,

I bend my knees,

Starting to bounce on my toes,

Repeating this rhythm,

Left, right, right, left, right,

Hitting the punching bags repeatedly,

Then I do it backwards,

Right, left, right, right, left,

I stop punching,

Still bouncing on my toes as I wipe the sweat off my forehead,

A I start to breath heavily,

I sit my feet to the ground,

Thinking about my best friend,

I feel like I'm loosing her,

I don't know what I'm doing,

An I pushing her away?,

Or am I pushing myself away from her?,

I walk to the ring,

Sliding through the ropes,

Walking to the middle of the box,

Seeing a dummy there,

I back up a little,

Hoping towards it,

As I swing myself in the air,

Doing a full house,

Swing my body in a 360 degree angle,

Hitting the face of the dummy with the strings of my indoor soccer shoes,

I gently land on my feet,

Putting my gloves on the side of my hips,

Breathing hard,

Damn,

What am I going to do?,

I look around,

As I look for more ways to take my anger out,
