Mr. Irwin

Chapter 6

Bambi's P.O.V.

I wake up to the sun in my eyes. I look over at my phone and see it's... 12:30?!?!?! Shit i'm so late. "Fuck!" I whisper.  I look at my alarm clock and see it's blinking 12:00. The power must have gone out last night while I was asleep. I get dressed as fast as I can. I start walking down the stairs to my car. I check my phone and see that I have a text from my mom that I forgot to check.

 *Power went out last night. I woke up late as well so I went ahead and called the school. I told them you were so sick so you can just stay home.* I sigh and go back inside. 'Thank you mom... Although I really am gonna miss Daddy I needed this.' I think to myself. With a yawn and a stretch I walk into the kitchen to make breakfast. It basically consist of toast and Nutella or Vegimite. Depends what we have.

Nessa's P.O.V.

I walk to my locker in between 4th and 5th period. I check my phone and find no texts from Bambi. That's weird she didn't show up today. I feel a pair of arms wrap around my waist. I smile and close my locker. I turn around to see my amazing boyfriend Luke Robert Hemmings.

"Hey hot stuff when did you get here?" I playfully ask him with a giggle.

 "Hmm just now. I had to see my perfect, beautiful, girlfriend." He says with a quick kiss. I smile into the kiss but quickly pull away when I see a Mr. Irwin walk around the corner. Luke turns around and starts to walk off when I grab his snapback and put it on. He quickly turns around and pins me against the lockers. "As much as I love you in my snapback princess I need it back." he says grabbing it and giving me quick kiss. He runs off to his next class as I start to walk down to mine Mr. Irwin calls my name. I turn around to see him running towards me.

 "Don't let me see you and Mr. Hemmings breaking the school policy of no PDA alright?" I role my eyes and give him a glare.

 "Fine... Hey um do you happen to have a student named Ashton or y'know any teacher that does?" He sits there for a minute thinking and shakes his head.

 "No Nessa and anyway if we did we can't give any information away. Why?" I just shrug my shoulders.

"Wanted to know. I'm doing research on the students." I lie praying that he takes the bait.

 "Research for whose class?" he says with disbelief in his voice. Shit.

 "That's none of your business! I have my rights to my own privacy." I exclaim.

"Fine don't answer me. Just get to your class." he says walking around me to the teacher's lounge. Wierd... He didn't press the subject further. I expected him to. With one final shrug I skip off to class ready for the day to end so I can text Bambi.

Ashton's P.O.V.

'That was close' I think to myself. Bambi needs a fucking punishment for letting us almost slip. By the time 7th period roles around i'm ready for Bambi to walk in. When the tardy bell rings and she still in my class i pray that she is just running late. I wait for the first few minutes of class calling out role. "Bambi?" Silence "Mrs. Paris Rodriquez" I call knowing she hates for me to call her whole name. Still silence. I look up at where Nessa sit's and see that she must be absent cause Nessa has her head down taking a nap. I start to wonder at the possibilities as to why she's absent... What she might be doing... I clear my throat also trying to clear my head so I can teach.Once role is called i pull out my phone and send her a quick message.

*Hey Bambi You ok?* i put my phone on silence and put it in my desk. I start the lesson plan and get my students on their assignment. I hear my phone buzz so i pull it out of my desk. *Yep fine! Mom let me stay home today. Power went out so i was late but mom let me excused with the school. See ya tomorrow got stuff to do ;)* I quickly put my phone away livid at the fact that my princess refused to show up today. She definetly deserves a punishment.
