Chapter 2: Meeting Austin Mahone 

Monica POV 

It was Thursday and we were all getting ready for the live show that was happening in 4 to 5 hrs. I was scrolling through twitter when I bumped into someone making me drop my phone. 

"Hey watch it!" I snapped as I bent down to pick up my phone not bothering to look at the person 

"Wow you look even hotter in person." he said. I was took back by this persons straight forwardness. 

"Excuse me?" I rudely questioned as I stood up realizing who I was speaking to. 

"And a little feisty, just how I like them, I'm Austin...Austin Mahone." He joked holding his hand out 

I rejected his gesture 

"I know who you are." I hastily responded and crossed my arms. I grew up in a difficult town and learned how to make myself look intimidating. I stood my ground just in case he tried anything but I knew his strength would over power mine anyday. 

"Hey don't worry. I'm just glad I could finally meet you." He said with a smile 

"I'm not." I sassily whispered so he wouldn't hear me 

Then a camera guy came running and started recording we had to basically reintroduce ourselves this time in a more friendly way. 

... 

"Hi we're really happy you could be here." Halley said as she gave him a fake smile 

"Me too." He winked at me 

I turned my face in disgust. 

Charlotte POV 

What I was seeing so far Austin wasn't planning on hiding his affection towards Monica and you could tell she wasn't very pleased with his straight fowardness. 

"So who's you're fav contestant in the show?" I asked trying to break the awkward silence I hated them so I filled them by asking questions. 

"Music Garden obviously I've been voting for you girls since the start." He said with a wide grin turning to face to Monica expecting some sort of reaction from her. But all she did was look at him in disgust. Seeing this was uncomfortable Brenda and Halley left to another set. So it was just me, Monica, and Austin. 

Monica POV 

"Can you leave us alone Charlotte, please?" Austin said speaking to Charlotte. I mouthed to her a desperate "NO" not wanting to be left alone with Austin again. 

"Now." He said slightly harsher. 

"Sorry" is all she mouthed back as she left me alone with Austin. Well this is just great I thought to myself. And Austin didn't hesitate to make a move. He harshly grabbed my wrist closing the space between . I winced a little because of the pain that was suddenly shot through my body. He looked down his height being an advantage to him, he took the chance took look at my exposed chest. I regretted wearing a spaghetti strap tank top. 

"Get the fuck off." I spat pushing him away. He chuckled in amusement and pretended to be hurt by putting his hand over his heart and wincing at my a rude rejection. I tried pushing past him when I felt his hand go in my back pocket of my shorts grabbing my phone I quickly spun around to snatch it back. But again his height was an advantage to him as I waited to get my phone it wasn't too long before I heard a ding and got my phone back. He had texted himself so now he has my number he also put his number in my contacts. "Fuck" I mentally cursed. 

"I hope you use it." He said leaving with a wide grin. I was mentally slapping him but in reality I was just giving him a death glare. 

*After Live Show* 

Halley POV 

"You guys were awesome out there." Austin said complimenting us. He gave each of us a hug Monica's a little longer than everybody else's it would've been longer if she didn't push him away. And as Austin left, in came running an interviewer. 

"Hi girls so I see you and Austin are good friends."she said. The whole interview was about Austin so I just kept making a few weird faces and noises showing that I was bored and made 1 or 2 comments. Brenda and Charlotte did most of the talking. Monica did the same I did. 

We made it through feeling so relieved there were now 3 contestants left. Lola and Full Charge were eliminated unfortunately. But the best part of today was that Austin was going to leave. I've only known him for a day and I already wanted him to leave. This experience definitely changed my view on boys.
