Maia POV

I saw Ross sitting on the chair across the room during rehearsals, he looked so cute with his short blonde hair and his perfect white smile.

I've had feelings for Ross for over a year now, ever since we began filming Teen Beach Movie. Our characters Mack and Brady are in love.

I just don't want our love to be through our characters, I wanted more.

After rehearsals I caught up with Ross, who was talking to Jordan about one of the surfing scenes that they cut out.

"Ross, can I talk to you for a sec?" I looked a Jordan, signaling politely for him to leave. He did.

"Of course Maia, what's up?" He smiled at me with his perfect white teeth.

"I-i-i uh.." I stuttered, which I never do. Unless I'm around someone I really like.

"Spit it out" He laughed at me, in a nice way.

"Sorry, I can't talk today. Would you like to go see the new scary movie coming out tonight? I heard its supposed to be the scariest movie ever." I actually sounded confident, wow.

"Isn't it called The Possession ?" I nodded. "Oh my god that looks crazy scary, I'm in! I'll meet you at the theaters at 8!" He jumped up and down excited. As soon as he turned away, I did the same.

I was actually going to a movie with Ross. This is my one chance to show him my love, I've got to take it.

*5 hours later*

Its 7 o'clock. I have to meet him at the theaters in an hour.

I looked in the mirror to reveal, messy hair, sweatpants, and stains on my shirt. I freaked, I had to look nice.

I hopped in the shower, cleaned myself and got dressed in less than 20 minutes.

"Maia, that boy you are starring with in your new movie is here to pick you up!"

Pick me up? I was supposed to meet him there.

"I'll be down in a second."

I gargled mouthwash really quick to make sure I didn't have stinky breath, and then walked downstairs to reveal the cute blonde haired boy sitting on my couch.

"You ready?" I took him out of the conversation he was having with my little brother.

"Yeah of course, see you guys sometime later. It was lovely seeing you again Mrs. Mitchell." He shook her hand and left.

"You know you don't have to be all formal with them, its not like were on a date or anything."

I looked at him and he had a look of disappoint, like maybe he wanted this to be a date.

The ride was silent, but it wasn't awkward. It was like we both genuinely just enjoyed each others presence.

We arrived at the theater at 7:45, leaving us 15 minutes to get snacks and get seated.

"I'll get the snacks and drinks, you get us some good seats" He said, kissing my cheek. Immediately he knew what he has done, he apologized over and over.

"Its fine, it wasn't so bad." He blushed.

He left and went to get the snacks, I got two tickets and went into the theater I was directed into. Theater 4.

I walked in, not many people were here. Most were in the front. I chose seats in the back, for those were always the best.

I sat in a set of seats that only had two seats in it, it was separated from the rest but it was enough for Ross and I.

He soon later came in with two drinks and one large popcorn, we shared it.

The movie started immediately after he sat down, "Perfect timing" he exclaimed. I smiled.

As the movie started, more people came in.

15 minutes into the movie and I had already jumped 30 times, Ross would laugh at each time. Goddamn his laugh his cute. I might have jumped a few extra times to hear him laugh.

Out of nowhere, Ross did the old yawn trick, putting his arm around my shoulder. It was so unexpected, I didn't know what else to do so I burrowed my head into his chest.

We were cuddling, soon I enter twined out hands together. It felt perfect. I looked up at his perfect face, he was staring at me too.

We just sat like that for while until he leaned in and connected our lips, I kissed back passionately. After the kiss, I turned back into the movie and started watching it, still burrowed into his chest,
and thought this is what I wanted, this is where I want to be.
