This is the basis for what my fanfic A Dance of Black and Red will be centered around. The ages and dynamics will be detailed in that fanfic, but I'll provide a brief summary.
This is an Omegaverse fanfic. For plot reasons, some characters who are dead at this point in A Song of Ice and Fire will be alive here. The ages are have also been changed.
They will be reacting to the Blackfyre rebellion happening HotD style. So in this universe, Aegon vs Rhaenyra never happened, and the dragons still live. Daemon tries to take the throne because daeron is an omega not because he's "bastard".
The characters who will be reacting are the following:
Daeron
Myriah
Bryden/ bloodraven
Baelor
Aerys
Rhaegel
Maekar
Shiera
Aemon
Daemon
Aegor/ bitter steel
Daenerys
Rohanne
