Dandy isn't "evil" but he isn't really that good either. Honestly he is kind of manipulative and gaslights people that still trust him to some extent – those people being:
• Astro
• Bassie
• Bobette
• Gourdy
• Toodles
• Pebble
• Goob
• Waxwell (BC of Goob)
• Brightney
• Razzle NOT Dazzle
Dandy mostly stays between his shops both in and out the elevator, but he still goes around to check up on everyone and do other stuff
Dandy still experiments with ichor... maybe to make new life like their founders once did...?
DYLE TIMESLY
"Why did I even agree to this?"
Dyle keeps communication between a certain amount of Toons. Some he chooses not to start conversations with but he will indulge them if they start conversations with them
He only really trusts a select few with certain information both in terms of the outside world and his own personally stuff, those toons being:
• Brusha
• Astro
• Brightney
• Teagan
Dyle controls any and all cargo that goes in and out of Gardenview, but he always makes a quick walkthrough of the entire train before giving it the go ahead to leave Gardenview for some reason (Gossip: About Astro reference)
Dyle himself doesn't drive the train, but because of technology at the time can send it off with or without a driver, and it always gets to where it needs to go.
Dyle has night terrors sometime due to the ichor operation and has a rough time accepting how things are, especially because he never had much of a chance to become a character the children really knew, despite having a plushy and welcoming them all into Gardenview
ASTRO NOVALITE
"What was that...? Sorry, I dozed off again..."
Astro takes care of every dream in Gardenview, but due to some... things, he can also see the handlers dreams as well. He once tried to communicate to them using the dreams but eventually realized he didn't want the answers to why they were left to rot and left them alone, choosing to just make sure they had good dreams like the Toons did under his care
Astro is usually up all night taking care of dreams and fixing nightmares. Knowing this, many of the toons choose this time to communicate concerns or have conversations with him since conversing during the day is hard. But of course just because everyone knows doesn't mean that everyone takes that to note — intentionally or not.
Astro tries not to ply when he sees things in nightmare or dreams lest it's a risk of their mental health or just something so concerning that it needs to be talked about for both toon's sakes
Astro can end up falling asleep just about anywhere. No one really knows how Astro gets into the places he does to nap sometimes, but some toons make a game out of it when someone's looking for him.
PEBBLE DANCIFER Jr.
"BARK BARK! GRR!"
Pebble looks up deeply to Coal because for one, she's a big dog, and for two, they just seem so chill and such a nonchalant alpha to Pebble, so he strives to be like her
Pebble has at some point gotten his hands on a strawberry in the kitchen when a child dropped one on the floor, hence why he wasn't allowed into the kitchen for a long time, since it seemed like he liked it... (IB Sweet Blood)
Pebble knows many secrets, but only a few people can really understand his barks and other noises, so he keeps quiet about them
He's a little heavy, because he's always at least a little bit hungry and is always eating
SHELLY FOSSILIAN
"Dinosaurs go RAWR! Hehe!"
Shelly wasn't actually forgotten at Gardenview, she just wasn't as favored compared to the other Toons since her whole program was focused on history and not many children went to Gardenview to learn – being ranked behind Bassie in Main Toon Popularity charts almost every time except during the school year, then she moves up to at least top 5 due to testing and high demand of smart children during the time
Shelly obviously knows everything about every dinosaur, but she also knows a huge amount of actual history and things that a Social Studies (History) teacher would be tasked of teaching the children
Shelly usually goes to Teagan, Vee, Sprout, or Astro about her troubles, but only when Tisha wasn't busy, as she trusts her the most (Convo + Licence Requirements Reference)
Shelly is actually surprisingly very strong and is sometime competitive when it comes to strength, usually when Dyle brings deliveries and she comes to help dish out boxes or send them to their rightful floors/sections
SPROUT SEEDLY
"I think I left the oven on again..."
Despite being characterized as overprotective by most if not all of the Toons, their are infact a very few select of Toons he won't bother to assist or ask if they're alright

• Surprisingly... Dandy
Sprout is actually DOG WATER at cooking, but his baking skills are top notch to make up for it! His baking skills also include breakfast foods somehow.. we don't really ask how
Sprout isn't really "scared" of Pebble, he just hates the way he just... stares at you when you don't feed him. It really freaks him out, so he makes sure he sets Pebble's food out before beginning to make Breakfast for the Toons
Sprout is extremely clumsy when it's something he isn't passionate about, which explains is dastardly low Extraction Speed and Skill Check, as he's more focused on Supporting the team
Sprout knows practically everything about the Toon preferences when it comes to desserts and food, and remembers everyone's birthdays so they can all celebrate them properly. He seems to forget about his own however...
Sprout whenever on a run with another Distracter will take Grabbers or any of the other Twisted if they're Mains since he believes he's not that level just yet, but really wants to help
VEE VERSION 1
"Question 1: Was this a waste of my time? Yes.."
Vee cares deeply about most of everyone at Gardenview, more of some than others — ranked in this order:
• Astro
• Glisten
• Gourdy
• Shelly
• Brightney
• Sprout
She has a unique way of showing her care for everyone, but it's obvious she wishes she could do more to help.
• She worries more about Astro because of their horrible sleeping habits and lack of energy, and then the others for obvious reason
Vee has a virus of some sort. For the most part it's dormant, but when expressing strong negative emotion such as anger or grief it tends to get out of control causing almost violent behavior
• Luckily Astro and the others are able to help when this happens
Vee hosts the show as usual every other day, and then both days on weekends. Vee is a little petty however, and tries to get questions Scraps either wouldn't know how to answer, or topics that other people have better knowledge on whenever she's one of the contenders.
Vee often rewatches the conversation found in the side room, trying to decipher what was the reason of being replaced/upgraded and how Veronica(?) felt about it. She doesn't do well with emotional reading so it's taken her even now to get an understanding of it
Vee will yap to Glisten and Astro about stuff, and then listen to others yap about random stuff as well
Vee doesn't tolerate or even entertain Waxwell and his whole "Villain" act anymore. She used to during the open days, but now that there aren't any children to entertain with the whole thing she doesn't care to tolerate his antics
Pebble freaks Vee out.. no one really knows why
