Calvin Wood went camping at "Silverado," a forest settlement, and stayed there for several hours until nightfall; he built a campfire and was resting when he was attacked by Old South, ultimately being mutilated and eaten alive.

Some time after he was reported missing, his sister Everest decided to search for him on her own; she got lost in Silverado and ended up dying of hypothermia. This is where Ivory enters the picture; she went looking for Everest because they were best friends (and even more than friends, having started dating). Dallas also appears, having gone to look for Everest and Calvin, though nothing came of it-in *Congregation* v4, he is seen casually looking at his phone (this refers to earlier versions of *Incredible Game*; regardless, he didn't find anyone and eventually left Silverado, so that bastard Dallas didn't actually do anything).

Note 1: Another character named "Strange" appears here; the wiki describes her as a hallucination Everest experienced before dying-a sort of drive to keep going-but I didn't include her because I didn't consider her relevant.

Note 2 (sorry): The new version of the wiki mentions that Everest didn't die, but rather found the spot where Calvin had been brutally devoured and massacred by Old South; she fled Silverado out of panic. I'm not sure if this is canon, though, so... meh.
