"Are you sure I have a telekinesis quirk and her father can breathe fire? Maybe she is a late bloomer." inko protested

Dr Tsubasa turned the tablet around and showed to inko "see little izuki foot right here there is a double joint in her pinky toes that blocks off the development the quirk gene needs to develop." the doctor explained

"I'm sorry izuki but you can't be a hero." dr tsubasa said

The toy figure of lady nagant dropped from izuki hand's

Inko picked up her daughter and began heading towards the car "come on sweetie cheer up you can still become a hero without a quirk even if you dont there are other ways to help people without becoming a hero." inko said with a gentle tone

Izuki let a small smile slip

"Now let's go get some ice cream." inko said

"Yeah ice cream" izuki cheered

Few hours later "do you feel better about the doctor visit i know the world can be hard but now you have to work just as hard and promise me one thing izuki to never give up no matter to circumstances." inko said

As a loud boom echo throughout the area inko and izuki were tossed into the lake

Izuki squirmed in the water recklessly trying to swim towards the surface

"Hop on my back sweetie, I'm gonna take us to safety." inko said in a calm tone directing her panicking daughter what to do

Izuki hopped on to her mother back inko began swimming towards shore

Izuki in the distance saw everything happening the number 45 hero x-less was engaging the villain

X-less eye charged up fired a laser at the villain "i gotcha now you villain you wont get."away the hero said with determination

The hero dodged the attack x-less let out a sigh of relief

"I wouldn't be doing that if I were you to look around you, all this destruction your quirk just cause because you decided to rush in i expected better from the number 45 hero." villain said with disappointment

X-less looked all around burning builds sounds of crying children and parents the entire district was a chaotic mess
