The host club is preparing to hold a small party for all of it's members at your brother, Tamaki's, and your house. Yes, your brother is Tamaki, and today's your birthday, that is why the host club is at your house. But the thing is you don't know this because they sent you out with Haruhi to help her with some of her errands -to keep you out of the way-. Since you are always at the host club, and you being Haruhi's best friend, you were one of the few people that know her secret, so this outing wasn't unusual since you guys go out shopping and running errands together all the time.

With that said you are currently at the local mall.

"Thanks again (y/n), for helping me with my errands." She once again for the gazillionth time today thanks you in a happy and grateful tone of voice, as you and her look for the exit since she finished her errands.

"Don't worry about it you know that I will help you any time you need me," You tell her yet again in a slightly annoyed mostly exasperated voice, and she nods her head in response. Just then you notice a book store up ahead, "OH MY GOD, HARUHI WE HAVE TO GO TO THAT BOOKSTORE!!!" You're voice raising with every word, you start jumping up and down with barely contained excitement, as you grab her hand and run for the bookstore dragging her along with you.

She starts to protest saying that you two should get back to your house and you interrupt with:

"Haruhi you know I am a bookworm and CAN'T go past a BOOKSTORE WITHOUT AT THE VERY LEAST LOOKING." You explain in a reasonable, excited and happy tone of voice, while continuing to freak out as you finally arrived at the book store.

You quickly let go of her hand and drop the bags that were in your hands as you start running around the store. Haruhi stands at the front of the bookstore, rolling her eyes while shaking her head at you, no longer trying to stop you since this is a regular occurrence.

Haruhi's Point Of View

'Not again.' I think to myself as I watch (y/n) run around the bookstore freaking out at every single book that comes into her view. 'I really thought that we could of made it this time.'

You're Point Of View

It's true you are a huge bookworm; your parents gave you an extra room in your house for your very own personal library. If you had to guess how many books you had, you would have to say around 600, and you are still buying more. When you are not with your friends at the host club, you are somewhere reading a book.

'What book should I get, there are SO many here. Where to start, Where to start...' I think to myself as I run around the store. 'I know...MANGA TIME'. I run over to the Manga aisle. I scan over all the books that they have there. I keep looking until I see a group of books that I don't have. I read the back of them and decide to get the first 2 volumes of 'Let's Dance a Waltz', and the first volume of 'Love Master A'. I keep looking and notice with stunned surprise and near crazed excitement and happiness they have the next volume of Fairy Tail. 'OH MY GOD THEY HAVE THE NEXT VOLUME TO FAIRY TAIL, AND THERE IS ONLY ONE LEFT!' I think to myself as someone started to walk towards me and I noticing that, so I quickly grab the book and hold it very protectively to my chest and glare towards the other person, like a dragon protecting its treasure. The person made it to where I'm standing protectively holding my book that I want to buy, no I AM going to buy.

The person looks at me strangely, but soon smiled at me, "Is there anything that I can help you with today?"

I did not ease my protective hold on the book even though the person that was talking to me was someone who obviously worked there. All that I had running through my mind is 'You are NOT getting this book, you will have to kill me first!' But instead of saying that to the person I coldly say:

"No, If and I mean IF, I need help I will ask you. GOT IT?"

The person's smile faltered a little as she stepped back at my nasty glare and cutting words. "Yes, of course Miss", she says in a voice that trembled, as she quickly walks away.

I sigh in relief and walk over to the next section of books that I want to check out.

Haruhi's Point Of View

'Ouch...That was a little harsh of (y/n) to snap at that young lady like that. But, then again, almost all of the bookstore employees around the world knows not to interrupt (y/n) when she is looking for new books to buy to add to her personal library that she treasures.' I think to myself, 'I wonder if she found the next book to that Manga series 'Fairy Tail' that she likes so much. She probably did and there was probably only one book left. She probably thought that, that young lady wanted it. That would explain why she was that harsh with her.' I shake my head disapprovingly at the thought. I notice that (y/n) was walking back over to me. AND, OH MY GOD, SHE HAD THREE BIG BAGS WORTH OF BOOKS!
