Chapter 1

It was a day like no other, it felt quite relieving. Nothing compared to what was felt since the day everything started going downhill.

Everything felt...calming...and too quiet..almost like if we were at ease.
It just really bothered me in some type of way, which it shouldn't have since it's literally the week after graduation.

All the stress that was felt in such a long time vanished completely,  which was really a good thing.
Now I'm just sitting here, relaxing and enjoying my time. But also thinking of registering the university I've been trying to go to in ages. Only for the program I'm trying to get a masters degree from.
It was really close to my house, the only problem was is that it's always crowded. It's such a known college it has always been suggested for everyone trying to pick a college with a specific program. The chances of getting accepted into that college were really low.

I did all I could to get to that point.

Once I got home from a long day of hanging out with my family and friends , I went straight  to where the computer room was and logged in.
I typed out an email about entering the university. Since they do applications by email and interviews in person. The whole time that I was there was really just a nervous breakdown. Getting the feeling of just not being able to come were the most common things that would happen obviously.

Finally, I sent the email and waited for a response, which surprisingly came in minutes after it was sent.

It was an automatic email response.

"Hey, Atlas. We appreciate your application for our university, but unfortunately we have reached  our limit of the amount of people we can accept in. As well as for the interviews."

It was just a simple response, but it really just hit the fact I wasn't going to get accepted. It was already quite obvious but it clearly was my plan A. I never had plan B prepared.
