Avery and Derek were playing minecraft like usual, and suddenly Avery had a thought.

"Hey, Derek? I got a question."

"Hm?"

".....Do you perhaps.... mayhaps.. maybe... perchance..-"

"Just say it already, Avery!!" Derek hurries Avery

"...wanna exchange discord users..."

"Oh yeah, sure!"

"Yay!! My username is _____!" Avery says excitedly(I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO WRITE FOR THE USER LMAOO)

"Alright lemme add you real quick.."

bla bla bla they add eachother as friends bla bla bla bla,

After a while of playing, they talk in discord.

Avery asks: "Hey, what country do you live in?"
"US."
"Woah me too!! If you're okay with answering, what city?"
"Manhattan."
"What?? Me too!!"


Avery POV:

"Hey, Ave, wanna face reveal?"

"But you'll hate me.. I'm uglyyy..."

"No. Shut up. Don't say that!"

"...Okay, but... You send yours first." shy ass


Derek takes a picture of himself and sends it to Avery.

"Now your turn."

Avery starts to panic.. What if Derek wont like him? What if he really does think he's ugly?

"Avery?"
"Just a minute!!.. Hands are shaky, can't take the photo well haha.."

Avery finally decides to risk it all and send the image.

"You're pretty :)" Derek responds to Avery's photo.

"Oh thanks"

Avery hearts Derek's comment and they continue chatting.

Kids, don't do this but................. they reveal their location and they're very close, so Avery decides to come over to Derek's house.

"Heyy!! So nice to finally see you in real life!"

"..Nice to see you too..."

"You alright?"

"Yeah I'm just a bit shy around new people.. Sorry.. um.. Do I still call you Derek?..."

"Mhm, that's my real name. Is Avery yours too?"

"Yeah.."

"Hey.. No need to be so shy! Come on in as well, don't want you standing outside.."

Avery walks in and takes off his shoes.

"Hey what are you doing- Keep your shoes on!!-" (SORRY THIS DEREK IS US NOT GERMAN)

"Oh I- sorry.. Um.. I'm European and it's respectful to take your shoes off.."

"Ah.. Alright.. Still, keep them on, the floor is dirty."


They hangout there for a while, and it turns dark.

"How about I walk to your house with you?" Derek asks.

"S-Sure.." Avery accidentally lets out a stutter, but Derek ignores it.

They walk to Averys house together...

"Soo uh.. when can I come visit you, Avery?"

"Uhhh.. Whenever you'd like. Tomorrow, the day after that.. bla bla.."

"Tomorrow alright?"

"Yeah.. See you tomorrow then, Derek."

"Good night, Avery. Sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bitee!" Derek giggles. (woah he also giggles like me)
