(Creators notice or sum: Minecraft is like thier reality, and the piccy up there is them)

On a warm, sunny morning, Mob stretched as golden sunlight streamed through the windows of his small wooden house. Birds chirped outside, and the breeze gently rustled the leaves of the nearby trees. It was the perfect day for an adventure.

Mob smiled to himself.

"I haven't gone mining in a while...Maybe today's the day I finally find some diamonds."-Mob

He grabbed his backpack and started packing. Into it went some bread, cooked steak, a few apples, several pickaxes, a sword, a shovel, and a full set of iron armor. He checked everything twice before nodding in satisfaction.

"That should be enough." - Mob

Just as he reached for the doorknob, someone wrapped their arms around his waist from behind.

"...Don't go..." - Verity

Mob froze before letting out a small laugh.

"Verity?" - Mob

Verity rested his forehead against Mob's back, refusing to let go.

"I want you to stay with me... We could cuddle all day. We don't have to do anything else." - Verity

Mob turned around and smiled softly.

"I just wanted to go mining for a little while." - Mob

Verity pouted dramatically.

"But why? We already have diamonds." - Verity

"I know." - Mob

"I can literally give you as many as you want." - Verity

"I know." - Mob

"So... stay?" - Verity

Mob chuckled.

"But it's more exciting when I find them myself. It feels like I actually earned them." - Mob

Verity crossed his arms.

"I don't like it." - Verity

"I'll be back before sunset." - Mob

"You promise?" - Verity

"I promise." - Mob

Verity stared at him for a few seconds before sighing dramatically.

"...Fine." - Verity

Mob smiled.

"I'll see you later." - Mob

"But don't take forever." - Verity

"I won't." - Mob

"And don't get blown up." - Verity

"I'll try." - Mob

"And don't fall into lava." - Verity

"I'll really try." - Mob

"And don't—" - Verity

Mob laughed.

"I get it." - Mob

Verity finally stepped aside, though he still looked reluctant.

"...Come home safe." - Verity

"I always do." - Mob

With one last smile, Mob walked out the door.

The forest was peaceful.

Sunlight peeked through the leaves as Mob followed a familiar trail toward the mountains. Along the way, he collected some coal, chopped a few trees, and even stopped to admire a family of sheep grazing in a meadow.
