Look I know I should update my Ancient Magic Story.

But this one kinda popped into my brain and the next thing I knew I had 8 chapters written and no desire to stop with it anytime soon.

I will update my other stories hopefully soon but until then I hope you all enjoy this on as well.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Chapter 1 Unexpected News
I was fairly certain being summoned to Gringotts less than a month after helping break into it wasn't a good sign.
Honestly, I was surprised they hadn't sent someone to drag me there in chains.
The massive white marble building loomed over Diagon Alley as I climbed the steps, my stomach twisting with every step.
The goblins had been surprisingly restrained after the war.
There were no lawsuits, no public outrage and most surprisingly there were no demands for my imprisonment.
At least not yet.
That didn't mean they had forgotten.
Goblins didn't forget anything especially not when it concerns debts owed to them.
I pushed through the bronze doors and stepped into the bustling main hall.
The noise immediately washed over me.
Low voices mumbled as wizards and witches fought with uncooperative tellers.
Quills scratching against parchment.
And shuffled footsteps from counter to counter as goblins carried various stacks of parchment from place to place.
For a brief moment it almost felt normal.
Then a goblin in dark green robes appeared at my elbow.
"Miss Potter."
I nearly jumped.
The goblin didn't look impressed at my lack of situational awareness.
I supposed that was fair given that the war just ended.
"I've been instructed to escort you."
"That sounds ominous."
"It's supposed to."
Wonderful.
I followed him through the bank.
Past the public counters.
Past the private offices.
Past the areas I was fairly certain customers weren't normally allowed to see.
The deeper we went, the quieter everything became.
Finally we reached a polished wooden door.
The goblin opened it.
"Enter."
I considered running.
Briefly.
Then I remembered that this was Gringotts.
They'd probably catch me before I made it three steps. Not to mention they had every right to be pissed at me. I did break in after all.
I walked inside.
The office was larger than I'd expected.
Bookshelves lined the walls.
Ledgers sat stacked on every available surface.
